To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午我們一行四人到九龍灣茶木午膳，第一個餐送上後，我向其中一個女服務員索取餐具遭拒絕。我明白每個餐送來時會附上餐具，但我們所點的食物是共同分享，所以需要額外餐具。最後我們只好向另服務員索取。用餐完畢後到櫃檯向同一個員工索取牙籤, 最初對方只給兩枝，我向她表示我們有四人，她不願意地多取出兩枝，其中一枝還掉到地上，但她竟然無動於衷，一點歉意也沒有😳。這家店舖食物還可以，價錢也不便宜，服務態度有待改善。
