To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飲茶一向係我至愛,因可以品嚐不同款式點心又可以放鬆心情與朋友暢談;真是一大樂事。今天約了女友出來聚舊,當然要揾間食物質素有保證的酒樓啦!因女友在新界出來,所以就決定了旺角廖創興廣埸樓上盈館,貪佢交通大家都方便。酒樓裝修普通但座位相隔闊落,坐得舒服。蘿蔔絲鹹水角一隻隻蘿蔔仔,買相很 cute。外皮應是加上紅蘿蔔汁做成橙色效果。咬落鬆脆而用料多,有很香冬姑味。松露菜苗餃餃皮薄身幾乎內裡食材可看得清楚。鮮蝦彈牙,菜苗嫩身;所以口感唔錯。若然松露可多些令香味提升更佳。手剁牛肉陳皮腸腸粉皮薄,牛肉味濃夾有陣陣果皮清香;最重要是食時仍然熱辣辣。鱆魚肉餅煲仔飯煲仔飯雖是迷你版但足夠我兩人食。一粒粒的飯煲得乾身,配上惹味鱆魚和肉餅滋味非常和香噴噴。蛋白杏仁茶即磨的杏仁茶是絕不欺埸的甜品。碗裏蛋白極多,杏仁味濃耶和香滑。聽部長講原來是卽叫卽磨卽做,唔怪得我們落單後等了一段時間才有得食,但感覺值得👍。
