由於餐廳位於酒店內，位置亦不就近地鐵站，所以當晚的客人都是旅客居多，但仍然滿座密集恐懼症是時候要剋服一下！海量的白胡椒淹埋着多隻大蝦，以高溫的瓦罉盛焗，更能發揮白胡椒的香氣！一開蓋便是濃郁胡椒香😋蝦肉非常鮮甜有彈性！不愧為鎮店名菜之一好有特色！餐前的豬肺湯亦予人驚喜！杏仁味好香濃，白滑的杏汁當中有幾件豬肺及瘦肉。啫啫唐生菜煲雖然看似只有生菜好單調，但其實醬汁香濃惹味！中菜的炒牛柳粒好多時候要麼過韌、要麼太多鬆肉粉而過腍，但這裡用的是澳洲和牛所以牛肉口感嫩滑彈牙！紅油抄手顆顆都豐盈飽滿皮做得極薄！調味偏重醋酸。
