To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). 小弟家住美孚,曾幾何時都有一間「上海婆婆」,其實質素都唔差,裝修又夠時尚,不過,最後都結咗業;亦曾經幫襯過牛頭角道淘大商場嘅「上海婆婆」,仲記得一大班人食得好滋味添。今回老友吹雞叫開飯,地點喺嚟尖沙咀國際廣場嘅「上海婆婆 336」,知道佢喺「上海婆婆」嘅副線,針對年輕朋友,當然好有興趣啦。又再次掹住食友衫尾,小弟就老實不客氣,多謝老友請客!查實都未嚟過上海婆婆336,嚟到先知咁唔同,一反傳統老派滬菜店嘅格局,若非門口有大大個招牌,否則都可能以為自己搵錯地方。餐廳嘅用餐區以環形設計,正正中間喺廚房,近門口左邊嘅卡位似足西餐廳,而近門口另一列吧位已夠晒有型,繼而再進入大廳,不規則花紋地磚搭水泥地、水泥牆身、鎢絲燈膽、木枱木椅,懷舊得嚟型格唔老套。最意外喺晌尖沙咀依啲黃金地段,枱椅排得一啲都唔密,所以,坐落輕鬆舒服。主餐牌印刷精美,分門別類有齊冷菜、湯類、豆腐、河海鮮、豬牛、雞鴨、小炒蔬菜、飯麵、手造拉麵、點心、甜品及飲品,選擇過百款,可謂一應俱全。除咗有列明一啲「本店推介」,等大家減少選擇困難,仲有一啲「辛辣」提示,而部分菜式又有圖片以供參考,確實喺依家對食肆嘅要求。雖然,上海菜嘅基本特點

冷菜足足有22款,一般都喺細細份,對下幾款冷菜都屬「本店推介」,除咗個醉雞皮唔夠爽,其他嘅都做得相當出色,幾款都值得推介,而最得歡心就喺個燻蛋,超正

黑掹掹嘅脆鱔賣相一啲都唔討好,佢唔止醜,仲「心靈」脆弱,一咬估唔到脆鬼到卜卜聲,真喺跟平時食鱔嘅口感完全兩回事

何止「冰鎮」,直情「霜降」!晌醉雞面放上一層碎刨冰,未食已感到涼透心

!如果真喺要加啲果仁類嘅嘢,老套啲嘅炸腰果唔知會唔會效果好啲呢?所以,作為「本店推介」菜式,個人覺得有啲落差!
