To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是忽然的大雨，又是求祈走進店子裏食個餐避下雨，市集那邊食肆甚多就是被店子門前的「強勁瑞士 ABC」牌子所加速吸引走入店。店內環境……唉……我選擇不講……Shi~我選擇了A+B+C=$38 （連熱飲一杯）A+B+CA款 瑞士汁雞脾雞脾的大小是還要比鐵叉細隻，顏色是很深很吸引，不過吃不出瑞士汁的甜甜味，咬落雞脾肉質又硬又實，雞皮還插有多條硬毛幼毛，這就是強勁瑞士汁？B款火腿奄列吃過這樣的雞脾，還會對奄列有期望嗎？ 吃了一口，竟然奄列有脆邊，內餡有蛋液瓊漿，火腿雖然沒有煎過卻是大片又甜。C款沙爹牛肉公仔麵特別要求要少湯, 沙爹牛肉辣辣地甜甜地, 滑牛都有牛肉味，公仔麵煮得剛剛好，軟硬適中好好味！38元加凍飲2元， 40元岩岩好……不用找，多謝！
