話說聖誕前夕,來了這裡吃午餐,是來自大阪的串揚店,在香港比較少見,週日也有lunch menu啊!週末午餐可選4、6、8或10串套餐,我們先要了一份8串套餐 ($188),配飲品、前菜及主菜,再額外加單點。每款串燒及串揚,店員都會推介食法(點哪款醬料)。蓮根串揚不錯吃啊!大塊厚身,爽口所以吃起來少了點膩。也點了豬(原來是邪惡的腩肉!)和牛舌,牛舌超好吃,厚身肉質又彈牙。額外加了👉🏻天使蝦($39),名字好浪漫的感覺😂,大蝦肉質爽甜,炸過後十分香口,值得一試。北海道帶子串,沒想到是這麼大粒,裡面夠juicy,帶子控表示滿意。右邊是煙韌帶甜的年糕,面頭加了燒汁惹味好吃!左邊是紅薯🍠,夠粉夠甜。途中再加了串牛舌($27)!另額外加了北海道海膽湯葉卷($39),一口海膽,味道還好。雞翼因為塗滿醬汁,則稍微咸了一點。跟餐可選的主菜中,我們要了三文魚燒飯團茶漬,飯團燒過後,面頭變得煙韌帶點脆身,茶漬挺濃味~最後加了豚肉飯卷 ($25),一大塊豚肉包著白飯,豚肉燒得很香,但有點油膩。整體來說,不錯的weekend brunch,最喜歡牛舌和天使蝦。
