原來灣仔有間咁正嘅串揚專門店😍Jan Jan來自大阪，係一間在日本超過十五間分店的串揚專門店，香港有兩間分店，一間在尖沙咀，另一間在灣仔，亦是小妹會介紹的分店❣️跟據官方介紹，原來「串揚」其實係發源於關西超過一百年歷史最具代表性的料理之一。小妹有幸品嘗到實在太幸福☺️。驟眼睇Jan Jan座位都有三款，吧枱位、高枱高櫈、要除鞋先入到的日式部屋位☺️小妹今次預早訂位，被安排在《要除鞋先入到的日式部屋位》，感覺好特別🥰有地毯踩住，坐得都好梳乎🤭🤭呢度有午市定食架，定食包括麵豉湯、漬物、沙律、飲品，飲品有13款供選擇，價錢由$148-188不等！小妹覺得質素對得住價錢喎👍🏻👍🏻雖然在大阪食會平接近一半，但未有時間飛去唯有在灣仔食住先🤣🤣小妹與同事分別嗌左3款定食：1️⃣溫泉蛋赤豚燒肉丼定食配熱宇治抹茶同事大讚赤豚燒肉香嫩👍🏻2️⃣薩摩雞扒定食配凍宇治抹茶同事大讚雞扒脆皮，肉質香嫩美味🫶🏻3️⃣日本素菜（5串）串揚定食配熱宇治抹茶超級驚喜🩷🩷無諗過串揚可以炸得咁靚，素菜keep到水分，唔會炸到乾柴柴，而且每串都幾大件，串揚定食會跟兩件完美飯糰🍙（簡直係理想中既日式飯糰😍😍），原條蘆筍、山藥（好大條😂食完好飽）、富士蘋果 （甜美、似蘋果批）、厚切蓮藕、冬菇（外型好靚）、椰菜解膩，嘴嘴無咁油，食完成個定食超級滿足😌好開心呀，同事們唔介意一齊試新餐廳食好嘢，好多謝佢地🥰灣仔好多好野食，美食果然要捐窿捐罅先搵到，最緊要有好的美食伴❣️ continue reading
