To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道今日大快活有新野出,酥皮雞煲,最愛大快活既我就梗係即刻狗沖落去。叫左一個蘇皮雞煲加多個雜扒餐。先點評個雜扒餐,扒就覺得有d縮水不過鐵板溫度仍然保持到,倒黑椒汁落去都有jer jer聲,彈到周圍都係汁既感覺好美好。跟住跟餐個意粉,略為硬左,感覺上好似有d 未熟既口感,唔太fit我。跟住最失望係個雞煲,酥皮絕對係無投訴,因為酥皮牛油味好重,而且香脆鬆軟,用筷子夾落去會化晒爛曬,一如既往既好評,比酥皮。個雞煲雞肉唔多啦,得6塊左右,雞翼位置,全部洋蔥墊底,食落去味道無香辣既味道,私係午市蒸雞既味道。真係耐人尋味
