To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運點心專門店總是人頭湧湧,它的總店開業至今都無緣一試。機會終於來到了,在奧海城的分店,今天碰巧人不多,一定要嚐嚐吧。墨西哥义燒包: 皮脆內軟,义燒涵味濃,熱騰騰的送入口中,真係好味,強力推介。蝦餃: 蝦肉爽脆,皮薄,不錯。蒸蝦腸粉: 腸粉非常滑,豬頭人食到停唔到口,不一會便KO左。煎蘿蔔糕: 好多蘿蔔條,簡單的是蘿蔔,沒有其他配料,傻仔敏十分喜歡。燒賣: 足料美味,很久沒吃過這樣好味的,比很多大酒樓還要用得好。土魷肉餅飯: 份量不多,但不錯。店子的點心選擇不多,只是細細的一張點心紙,但質素高,會令人返轉頭的店子。
