To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本週六中午點了午餐:薑蔥蘿蔔斑腩飯。蘿蔔係上世紀燜的,斑腩係中世紀炸的,最惹味的是不堪入口的鹹。同侍應反映,回答是加D白飯俾你啦,白飯唔鹹。坐在門口收錢的女人聽到也無動於衷。😱真的無語。如此糟蹋食物,侮辱顧客食欲的餐廳,竟也可以生存至今。不求進步,無視客人基本需求,簡直饮食界一大恥辱。
