To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

會話呢碟亦係必食之一,蜜糖加黑椒呢個搭配係十分出彩嘅。因為佢黑椒係落得好重手嘅,所以係有少少辛口,但係蜜糖又令呢種味道得到中和,唔會過份重口。並且個蜜糖係去到麥芽糖嘅質感,經過烹煮之後形成帶點粘稠嘅硬殼,牙齒經過堅韌嘅糖殼、肥瘦得宜嘅肉、連住骨嘅薄膜,再觸及骨頭,呢種感覺係十分誘人嘅,成舊嘢嘅口感層次又上升咗,十分出色。食一兩舊可能會有啲濟,但係一旁有十分紮實嘅炸饅頭,用佢麵粉嘅香氣沖淡油膩,十分體貼。

我平時就十分鍾意食流沙包,嗰種將鹹蛋黃嗰浸鹹香同包嘅鬆軟結合起嚟嘅組合係無得輸嘅,而呢個流沙包就超班做到呢樣嘢,首先佢個奶黃唔似出面啲酒樓咁,係純黃色液體狀,而係帶有鹹蛋黃嘅粒粒喺度,而嗰黑金色嘅皮唔單只得個樣,更加係鬆軟得嚟甜甜地,亦十分出色。

呢個係個師傅推架車仔出嚟然後喺我哋面前片嘅,雖然過程並唔係好有觀賞性,但係至少令我哋知嗰鴨唔係預先片定,熱辣辣咁。而配料有黃瓜條、葱白絲、白糖、甜醬,雖然香港多數都係點甜醬,但係聽講北京正宗食法係蘸白糖,結果真係幾襯,肥瘦相間嘅肉包係白雪雪嘅面皮到,加埋其他配料,中和左個鴨油嘅膩之餘,又增添左風味

就真係脆到掉渣,嗰種外脆內軟嘅感覺係十分奇妙嘅,咬開出面極其酥脆嘅外皮之後,入面係嫩到介乎於液體同固體之間嘅鮮奶,但係要注意嘅係,食嘅時候要好小心,我同frd同時擺入口,亦都係同時遮住個口喺度呵氣,真係熱辣辣到一個點,但係一定要趁熱食,真係甜蜜的煩惱啊!
