元朗店由岩岩開張果陣已經有食,第一次食鹵肉飯覺得好好食,好有心做,價錢比其他貴少少但值得,一直都有keep住幫襯,每個月都會食但最近幾次食,個鹵肉飯已經變到好普通,未去到難食但感覺好hea,岩岩食左牛肉麵,已經係難食水平,以前食個牛肉係好淋好滑,岩岩食果個鞋到食唔到,唔知係轉左老細定換左廚定換左供應商,食埋今次唔會再食,好失望建議大家考慮清楚先去,真係比以前難食左好多好多,好可惜元朗少左一間飯堂.. continue reading

木玥巷一直係我同老婆喜愛嘅餐廳,間唔中就會幫襯。最近一次去食,發覺食物質素大不如前,冇左贈送嘅蜜糖合桃,最出名嘅安格斯滷肉飯得返少量肉絲,想叫碟菜食,發現冇左以前食開嘅水蓮,睇menu亦好似冇左好好食嘅黑醋骨。晚市兩個人叫左一碗安格斯滷肉飯一碟娃娃菜一個小食,冇叫飲品,埋單超過$300。我地兩個都已經覺得奇怪,以前嘅木玥巷根本唔係咁樣,以現在嘅食物質素同價錢,性價比極低。聽聞木玥巷已轉手,相信是真的。冇下次了👋👋 continue reading

作為一個熱愛台灣小吃的食客,我經常光顧本地的一間台灣小食店。然而,最近數次造訪卻讓我大失所望。最令我失望的是他們的鹽酥雞。這向來是這家店的招牌菜式,但這次卻大失水準。雞肉完全失去應有的鮮嫩脆酥口感,取而代之的是一種沒有生氣的軟綿感,仲有浸雪藏味。我心想,就算在家自己炸,也能做出比這更好吃的鹽酥雞。我不禁要問,這間我多年來支持的台灣小食店,究竟發生了什麼?是老闆忽視了質素管控,還是店內人手不足,導致製作工藝大不如前?無論原因為何,這樣的下滑都讓我感到相當失望。 continue reading

成間舖頭裝修都係木係設計,喺門口嗰陣時其實睇唔出係台灣餐廳,可以自己掃碼落order,比較方便我比較鍾意,台灣餐廳唔係食滷肉飯就係食牛肉麵㗎啦,dinner套餐牛肉麵有埋一條台灣腸一個滷蛋,湯底濃味會大有少少藥材味,牛肉炆得好冧,但係個面就煮得比較硬咗啲,唔卦汁,台灣腸,如果可以加埋個大蒜就好啦。 continue reading
