我們大約8:30pm到達, 還未是時候食糖水, 故只有我們和另一枱客人。服務員沒有特別的招呼, 待我們叫他下才進來, 亦沒有親切的笑容, 感覺一般。

糖水甜品選擇眾多, 數數共有11個系列, 每系列都有超過4款糖水, 部份系列還有10多款。系列包括有: 傳統車仔檔糖水、芝麻湯丸系列、混合配搭糖水、Q軟珍珠粉圓系列、椰香紫米露系列、雪糕糖水配搭系列、特式雪糕系列、香滑西米露系列、刨冰山、爽口涼粉系列、高纖黑珍珠系列。想知各系列有乜東東, 可看看以下的糖水單。除了糖水甜品外, 這裏亦有少許小食和甜酸涼果供應, 很多元化, 真的好奇這裡的存貨地方有幾大。
今次我沒有選擇性困難, 因為一心只想着它, 寒冷的天氣來一碗薑辣的蕃薯糖水暖暖身就最適合不過。

碗子較淺身, 容量不大, 內有三大件蕃薯, 外表看似很硬實, 但事實上很鬆化, 亦有甜香的蕃薯味, 正! 糖水不算太甜, 但個人認為薑的辣度一般, 如可多點則更完美。吃完後, 感覺很滿足, 肚子更滿足, 因大大件的蕃薯真的好飽肚。

同樣碗子較淺身, 容量不大。這杯糖水是友人的, 但我都試了一點。糖水並非濃濃的奶白色, 吃時亦不感腐竹味, 相信腐竹的份量不多, 但啖啖都有銀杏和薏米, 很足料。兩者都煲至爛身, 但仍有少許煙韌, 口感不錯。糖水不算太甜, 加埋甜絲絲的芝麻湯圓就剛好。芝麻湯圓皮薄饀靚, 黑芝麻有少許流心, 雖然我沒有品嚐, 但友人話很OK!
一邊吃一邊才仔細看看糖水單, 發現有我很喜歡的南瓜, 就是黃金南瓜雪耳露, 它將成為我下次來的目標。

上枱時熱辣辣, 感覺温暖。並不是將南瓜打至幼滑隔渣, 而是一絲絲南瓜茸, 纖維十足, 口感一流, 南瓜甜美; 雪耳爽口, 但略為份量太少; 西米已煲至軟稔, 整體甜度亦適中, 正!

總括而言, 環境乾淨整齊, 坐得舒適; 服務一般; 食物味道, 所試的糖水都甜適適中, 用料十足。

第二次是中午時段來, 竟讓我發現這裏12:00-3:00pm還有車仔麵供應, 價錢亦相當合宜。三餸$25, 四餸$28, 還奉送汽水, 加$3可改要$16或以下的糖水, 抵! 下來再來試試。

(咳咳,這是我病之前吃的了,都怪我太嘴饞,咳咳... )其實我沒去過太安樓的亞婆糖水,所以都當是普通一家糖水鋪來吃。搞笑的是門口竟有「鹹濕嘢」賣。這個看名字好像幾健康的南瓜雪耳露湯丸($22)又如何呢?南瓜已成絲,又有西米和雪耳,糖水底應是南瓜和椰汁打成的,如果不下椰汁應該沒有那麼甜膩。南瓜蓉其實不少的,只是椰汁的味道太搶。兩顆(菜牌上寫著)芝麻流心湯丸都沒有流心,我可否舉報(笑)?湯丸小小的,樣子也不太規則,難道是自家製的?

南瓜已成絲,又有西米和雪耳,糖水底應是南瓜和椰汁打成的,如果不下椰汁應該沒有那麼甜膩。南瓜蓉其實不少的,只是椰汁的味道太搶。兩顆(菜牌上寫著)芝麻流心湯丸都沒有流心,我可否舉報(笑)?湯丸小小的,樣子也不太規則,難道是自家製的?

老公真的很專一,又是點了
凍清新香草綠豆沙($16),不知店方下了甚麼秘方,這裡出品真的比坊間多份清新,吃完火鍋的老公自然超受落,而且成品比例水多豆少,更合老公心意了,他可是大讚力讚的,如開在樓下應該最少隔晚也會去幫襯了!

It was pickled Chinese radish and papaya.
I liked the Chinese radish because it was sour but the papaya was not pickled long enough so it did not taste that sour, and they used lots of sugar in it so it tasted quite sweet as well.

There was lots of desserts to choose from, however the font was quite small and there was no English.

When this came, I was surprised to see they put those black pearls that are found in Taiwanese teas because I thought they were going to be mini dumplings.

I asked what the difference was the between dumplings and black pearls on the menu and they said the black pearls are actually Thai basil seeds. (item 1100 and 1098).

Anyway, the dessert was interesting, it was like having ginger flavoured pearl tea!

The ginger soup tasted the same as the previous one and the ginger was very spicy.
As for the dumplings, the menu claims the filling is liquid but it is not and on the receipt it does not say it is liquid.
