冷萃咖啡（Signature Cold Brew Coffee) 是Coffee Academics 自家品牌。 冷氣空間放咗大概1小時多，杯咖啡仍然有冰凍感，唔洗加冰。 加上，冇甜味的（unsweetened)，好啱追求健康嘅人。冷萃咖啡好似冰鎮嘅Americano 加啤酒！（個人口感）主菜不是主角，冷萃咖啡先係！ 或者係慢慢品嘗咖啡同時，有朋友陪伴。舉起玻璃杯，細聽朋友對於未來嘅計劃，慢慢細味着冷萃咖啡。味道同記憶都特別深刻～

超寫意 Coffee Shop 享受一個悠閑嘅下午去到愉景灣只想Relax 吓搵咗呢間好舒服嘅Coffee Shop叫咗啲小食，嘆杯茶，享受一個悠閑嘅下午我睇中餐廳內奶油色系嘅格調特別喜歡那些渡假風嘅燈打卡好靚估唔到食物質素出人意表幾好味雖然呢間餐廳好多分店但真係第一次食Pain Perdu 法式焦糖西柚多士 $68呢份多士相當開胃，甜甜地嘅焦糖味又少少西柚嘅甘，滲滿汁嘅多士好惹味Bakes Honey Hot Wings 香烤蜜糖辣味雞翼 $78開頭驚好辣，但個辣味又好適中好滋味Signature Crab Salad 藍蟹肉牛油果沙律 $138藍蟹肉嘅鮮味真係不得了，鮮！鮮！鮮！Yuzu Kombucha 柚子康普茶 $58Citrus Rooibos 南非橋子博士紅茶 $55茶就普普通通，但因為鍾意個環境我會再來，下次試吓佢哋嘅咖啡The Coffee Academics (愉景廣場C座) 愉景灣廣場徑2號愉景廣場C座地下G65號舖

Walked in for a coffee and something light to eat. Can I order….? “No, u must scan and order through the app”! Was the reply. But there are 3 ppl standing doing nothing, can’t u take a 3 second order. No, scan the app. Ok….Can I have white sugar, no we don’t offer that….. ok guess I can’t enjoy my coffee…. Unless I enjoy it ur way…Had a breakfast, most items are just out the fridge and on a plate, the poached egg was hard boiled. U had one job chef, and I guess the microwave blew it for u.My friend just had a coffee, tried to pay $100 which should cover the coffee, sorry we don’t accept cash…What a useless place, not surprised it’s usually empty. The exact opposite of accommodating.

📍The Coffee Academics (愉景廣場C座)愉景灣廣場徑2號愉景廣場C座地下G65號舖愉景灣本身已經給人一種好有外國feel 好悠閒嘅感覺。呢間咖啡店裝修唔係十分豪華，但能夠令人感覺好舒服，坐上一個下午都可以啊😍原本只叫了三個Homemade Cake set，但由於其中一個嘅原味芝士蛋糕好好味，不得不叫第四個set🤤。每個set一杯咖啡，一件蛋糕，承惠$96-HKD@。叫咗三款蛋糕包括King of Cocoa，Carrot Cake，Original Basque Cheesecake。三款蛋糕都不錯，唔太甜，但鍾意食芝士蛋糕嘅朋友一定要試吓。咖啡叫咗一杯熱朱古力咖啡一杯爪哇椰糖斑蘭鮮奶咖啡一杯凍朱古力咖啡還有一杯熱朱古力咖啡店嘅咖啡都好香，算是靚咖啡啊😍🤤

好難食，居然用排包整lobster roll，龍蝦肉仲要韌。all day breakfast好細份，意粉又凍，鮮奶抹茶又無果There are many opinions for the dressing of a Lobster Roll. Some people argue for butter only, with minimal seasoning, and some like a light mayo dressing. It’s important for me that the flavor of the lobster shines, and I like both methods, so I’ve done a light incorporation of each, resulting in what I think is the BEST Lobster Roll!What I love most is this gourmet meal can be whipped up in just 15 minutes!
