個名特別算係呢間野的賣點吧, 不過位置真係好偏僻, 如果唔係有人介紹真係幾難會有人去黎食。-滷水豬仔腳,皮很爽滑,滷的很入味,而且味道剛好不會太鹹,豬毛也拔的很乾淨,光顧幾次,以這次的水準最好呢。-涼拌青瓜,青瓜爽脆,微酸的醬汁配蒜茸和辣椒的辛香,很清新醒胃-招牌菜燒乳豬, 不愧係招牌菜, 真係做到皮脆肉嫩, 而且層皮真係好脆!-燒烏頭,又香又滑,配埋D酸甜醬料,簡直一流下次會再去試吓其他燒烤食品。

燒大眼雞,我應該確定了自己不愛吃大眼雞,這魚肉質偏硬魚味不濃也沒什麼油脂,不論是潮式的魚飯或這樣烤,都是烏頭較好吃。店家也算有心思,魚中間塞了香葉增加香味。吃了不久,另有一張檯買單,問主理人可否換去那張較大的權,主理人說有八位訂了檯不行,噢!四人擠在近門的小檯還好,但老公放工再加入真的會很擠啊!

這次的烤茄子很好吃,茄子肉夠腍而且飽吸了蔥蒜的香味和醬汁。

超美味的烤雞翅膀,三串六隻雞肉嫩滑又香口冶味。至九時四十分老公終於加入,點了第二轉食物。

菜乾豬骨粥這一次米的份量多了,不像上次來喝菜乾豬骨湯。豬骨煲的又腍又滑,肉香、菜乾香加上米香,調味也剛好很家常的風味,沒有下師傅!

串燒牛肉則不推介了,肉質偏韌。調味是馬來式沙爹味,帶點甜。

烤魷魚,肉質一點也不韌,只略嫌欠點鮮味。

烤玉米也比上次好吃,這次的玉米不會太乾也算甜,不過我嫌下牛油太慷慨,牛油味都掩蓋了玉米本身的清甜。

老公本想點羊排,只是售罄了,再後老他點了一件烤牛仔骨,肉質不會太韌,但老公嫌調味太濃。

好了,小心眼的我一直在留意那張八人檯,其實過了大半個小時也未有人入座,而最後那張檯坐了....五個人,之前有位女士坐下時還在說他們人少不用那麼大張檯!

食物質素不錯,大吃大喝(三瓶青島)才每人 $120,如果不想等最好在晚飯時間第一輪 7:30pm 前到達。

至此一頓飯下來,雖是簡單的一餐,卻如像飲宴一般,先來乳豬作頭盤,再來茄子作菜蔬,最後海鮮才奉上,由始至終,竟過了接近一個小時,此實為此次前來感受到此店的最大敗筆。
雖云慢工出細貨,唯今夕食客非多,竟仍如此,假若客人再多,豈非窮於應付?

此店雖有上述之瑕疵,幸店主待客有禮,所點之菜亦有水準,尤其燒乳豬,果真為省招牌之作。明乎此,難怪乳豬若不幸到來,便肯定難逃被吞下肚之悲慘命運,成為客人之裹腹良伴矣!

前日同事F (啲別號好流..) 強烈推介這家名字好特別的食肆, 所以馬上訂檯. 今晚一行6人因天雨影響, 取道紅磡車站乘西鐵至美孚再轉的士. 約7時20分趕到, 當時己是坐無虛席, 場面很熱鬧. 店面頗簡樸, 入門右邊有小檯3張, 再右邊有中檯2張, 內有大檯1張. 如想興之所至前往, 怕會失望而回. 菜式很豐富, 很多不同食材的選擇. 我們早已定了必吃乳豬半只; 再來拼盤有豬仔腳, 分蹄, 鴨舌, 牛展; 乳鴿3只, 羊架2碟(4件), 魷魚筒, 雞軟骨, 茄子2盤, 牛子骨3件, 雞中翼2碟(4件), 大眼雞; 最後是3中碗的菜乾豬骨粥. 先來小食的雞軟骨, 跟來的便是主角 - 乳豬, 入口香脆鬆化, 連帶的乳豬肉也是水準之作, 很軟又入味; 其他的菜式也很快跟上來 (是有點點太快了), 今人眼花撩亂, 食指大動. 當然, 肉食是容易膩. 所以, 在肚子半滿之後, 美味的相對是少了點. 大家還在閒聊時說出下次來時, 要分段點菜, 保持食物的熱度; 也選出今晚未嘗鮮過的菜單. 是一個讓人很滿足的時光 (肚子非常充實嘛!)整體而言, 有75-80分. 是一定會再來"幫襯"p.s.

今次七丁友去,七點已去到!上次叫過d野叫在d!今次試下未食過的野,不過乳豬都要叫(但今次差過上次)、終於係四式拼盤(豬手、牛腱肉、鴨舌頭、燻元蹄),上次無哂豬手變三式拼盤、羊架、叉燒、乳鴨(無意見)、還有其他!埋單每人$92元。

My cousin introduced this restaurant and we went there, on my father's birthday for a celebration.
We ordered a bowl of congee, regular size suckling pig, 2 tiger prawns, half of a spiced roast chicken, 2 cobs of corn and a dish of grilled eggplant. Even though I don't eat eggplant, I thought it was great!!

The suckling pig(second best dish) was really crispy but a little bit too salty, the roast chicken(fourth best dish) was really tasty and the skin was really crispy too. The eggplant was sort of NOT-good looking but was very rich in flavour, also the corn was the best of all coz of the juice bursting from the corn. The congee(worst dish ever) was great but it is quite absurd to figure out that the congee was actually cold.


The prawns came last and it was the third best dish that night, coz the prawn was so big and it was extremely juicy.

I never thought that beer was drunk from bowls there, so I was very surprised with that.

I am quite disappointed with the congee that night but this meal is very new to me and I like it very much. That is why this restaurant is worthwhile going a few more times.

昨天終於有機會試了,而且BOOK了位原本想7點半食,但滿了時間所以只好8點半去到,都見到好多客人店雖然很細,但可以接受點菜時,叫了好幾次才有職員回應我地不過食物真係好好半隻乳豬,好食...而且個皮很脆,好味司華力腸,大條,魚香茄子,正,價錢平串燒,普通少少尤魚筒,好食,又唔難吞四式拼盤,豬腳最好食呢烏頭魚,魚肉很滑,菜乾豬骨粥,好大碗,料很夠店員很好,沒有飯,送了一碗菜乾豬骨粥不過服務還可以有進步空間食物好好味,期待下一次

帶子先上,還算爽口,只是鮮味不太夠…
期待已久的乳豬到了,分量不多,我和老貓各取一塊放入口中…然後,看見老貓臉色不對了…

綜合老貓評語:
乳豬皮是脆,但脆而不鬆,很有可能是燒的時間不太夠;
最大的問題是,豬肉味淡,無豬肉的鮮味;吃到的都是雪味!
正統的做法,通常是把類似沾乳豬吃的醬塗滿乳豬內腔,待幾小時後再拿去燒,這樣當可把雪味覆蓋掉,而乳豬也不至於讓人覺得淡而無味!
是生意太多所以才會忽略掉呢?醃短一點時間也總比不醃好呀,又或是用酒呀等等辟味也好呀,為甚麼不能堅持品質呢?


還是把乳豬吃完,再等冷盤來,次序其實有點怪…
好不容易到了,先吃熏蹄,還不錯,挺夠味的
跟著吃鴨舌,就出事了
冷盤的鴨舌…竟然是暖的!

那還吃得下去呢?
還是很節儉的把『冷盤』打包,老貓帶著我直奔西九龍龍庭去了

難得希望請老貓吃頓好的,卻變成這樣…唉…
