上星期,終於去啱地點!餐廳佈置走工業風,地方大,有空間感,都坐得幾舒服!

點咗晚巿二人套餐,有湯、前菜、主菜和飲品。

當日嘅餐湯似忌廉湯,但質感比較稀,湯內加咗Mascarpone Cheese,入口即溶,湯味甜配上芝士嘅微酸,口感豐富。

前菜有3款,份量是意料之外的多,有:

白鯷魚茄子蓉多士
白鯷魚帶點酸甜,但表面又灑了少許辣粉,口感軟軟,配焗得香脆嘅多士,一軟一硬,口感好有層次,有特色又好味!

地中海風味烤多春魚
只是用橄欖油和蒜片做調味的多春魚,烤到好香,好鍾意食焗到香脆嘅蒜片。

意大利風乾火腿拼盤
第一次食「提子配Parma Ham」,平時多數是用哈密瓜,估唔到用提子都幾好味,提子好清甜配濃味嘅火腿幾夾。

主菜揀咗呢度嘅signature:

炭烤安格斯封門柳配燒汁薯條
這個真係要推介,封門柳完全無筋,燒得外皮香脆,肉質軟嫩,加埋惹味燒汁,好好味😋!

新鮮波士頓龍蝦蔥粉
龍蝦🦞好大隻,肉質新鮮彈牙;意粉🍝係handmade 嘅,帶點煙韌,每條都沾滿了茄汁和蝦味。

最後,雖然開始飽,但忍不住想試甜品。在奶凍和 Tiramisu中,選了後者。Tiramisu 用杯裝幾得意,入口即溶,帶少許酒味,幾香滑。

第一次到這裏用餐. 各樣味道做得很好. 所有菜式用心制作. 價錢算合理.   訂好位. 不用等.  非常推介特別推介菜式 :炭燒安格斯封門柳配燒汁薯條 - 封門柳熟度剛好, 很軟熟前菜也很特別,  味道豐富餐前湯 - 南瓜湯也很好味,  TISUMISU - 味道剛好 乳豬就相對爭少少, 偏肥.  皮脆. 有一點咸. 少咸一點更好.

上次到官塘分店吃過午餐之後,清明節假期,帶家人來食店另一大埔分店。地址寫著”大埔藝術中心” ,筆者也是首次到訪,原來這裡原是大埔官立中學。沿着這條樓梯上一樓便見到餐廳。餐廳很大,所以下單時是用QR CODE落單瑪格列達烤酸種Pizza 全份$158~依個Pizza 筆者在官塘店吃過,平日午餐有半份選擇,喜歡他們用上酸種麵包作底,加入芝士,Basil 和番茄乾,正👍🏼紅菜頭藍芝士意大利飯$168~健康素食者首選。炭燒安格斯封門柳配燒汁薯條$218~腍身夠肉味。蒜香白酒蜆肉意粉$178~特色烤黃油雞$348~濃厚香草味道,但以份量及價錢來說,筆者認為好食但扁貴。炒菜是推加項目意大利粟米蓉$38~端上這道菜色上來時,筆者以為有麵包或餅乾作伴,但後來發現是單獨上的一個菜式,有點像粟米湖仔,相信配以麵包或餅乾享用更理想😄Dirty~
