To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 首先想講，炒飯好足料，帶子唔係切到碎粒去炒飯，係圓片咁落去炒！成件事就係好滿足，同埋佢唔會太鹹太油！所以$118係值呢個價。另外就係狗不理包子，即叫即蒸，所以其實都幾新鮮，感覺上有啲似放大版嘅小籠包，包個皮好好食，唔太厚，但係入邊就冇汁流出嚟，唔使擔心會食到辣親個咀。我個人比較鍾意佢個旦白杏仁茶。第一下放隻匙羹入去嘅時候就好似食緊雙皮奶咁，清香幼滑。我本身唔鍾意飲杏仁霜，但係呢個真係可以，唔會太甜亦冇杏霜既怪味。鴛鴦包既豆沙同蓮蓉餡都好幼滑，作為甜點份量好好。

今晚同老豆慶祝生日，諗住近近地係屋企附近食北京樓D服務質素真係差到一個點，D職員木口木面，叫小小嘢都係要叫幾次先叫到。重點係每次都好難先見到職員經過。最好笑係叫碗白飯等到差唔多埋單先來😅服務差，食物質素仲差。難食得來賣像又差。最嬲係叫佢D職員雪個蛋糕，最後拎返出來係融嘅，Tiramisu蛋糕都雪到融，我懷疑佢地係冇擺雪櫃咯。呢D舖頭，我明開瓶費係要俾，切餅費都應該要收，加一服務費更加理所當然。淨係呢D費用$616但請問佢地用咩服務回饋客人😅😅😅利申：第一次寫負評！！！

之前食過太古廣場北京樓，服務、食物、環境都質素高。今次見附近有北京樓，想同家人食好d，專程帶家人到新都會北京樓一試，結果極度失望，比一般酒樓還要差。環境差：唔夠冷氣，又焗又熱，枱勁迫，同隔離椅貼椅咁坐。環境都好舊，地墊好似好來無清潔。服務差：職員唔夠，無招呼，每樣野都要等好來、或者講幾次先有人理。食物差：出菜慢，食物味道一般，無賣相，毫無水準。所有野都比其他北京樓分店差好多，絕對唔會再黎。難得一家人食飯，結果奇差

水準以下，北京田鴨很干，整差，抄年榚太軟，點心非常一般，餃子太硬太干，同急凍的差不多，蝦餃散曬，水煮雞無味道，其他整體跟急凍差不多。抄飯跟茶餐廳水平，整體無嘢記得好食。冷氣不夠
