To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過太古廣場北京樓，服務、食物、環境都質素高。今次見附近有北京樓，想同家人食好d，專程帶家人到新都會北京樓一試，結果極度失望，比一般酒樓還要差。環境差：唔夠冷氣，又焗又熱，枱勁迫，同隔離椅貼椅咁坐。環境都好舊，地墊好似好來無清潔。服務差：職員唔夠，無招呼，每樣野都要等好來、或者講幾次先有人理。食物差：出菜慢，食物味道一般，無賣相，毫無水準。所有野都比其他北京樓分店差好多，絕對唔會再黎。難得一家人食飯，結果奇差
