今次嚟到Paul Lafayet搵食!曾經有朋友請食過呢度嘅焦糖燉蛋~我先知道原來有咁好味嘅焦糖燉蛋!!襯佢有買一送一優惠~當然要相隔大半年再食一次啦!法式焦糖燉蛋 ($45)店員會在燉蛋上加糖~然後用火槍燒出焦糖~所以佢表面係一層好脆嘅焦糖!而個燉蛋非常軟滑~蛋味極濃~仲要凍凍哋~一啖就有多重口感!非常推介大家嚟試吓呢個可能係世上最好味溉嘅焦糖燉蛋 continue reading

之前老佛爺嘅焦糖燉蛋買一送一,大家唔知有冇搶到呢?如果冇,不如就睇下呢篇食評當食咗啦。唔好睇佢大大舊,其實份量同其他布甸差唔多。雖然或即叫即燒,其實笑完面頭小小焦糖,入面都係凍嘅。燒完即刻食,每一啖都可以食到面頭嘅脆焦糖,燉蛋唔單止滑,重好重奶味,個底仲有好多黑色一點點嘅雲呢拿籽,真係勁足料。食完一個,我又買咗一個返屋企。不過返到屋企先發現,車程太耐啲焦糖已經用晒,變咗一攤糖水。所以都係建議大家即燒即食。雖然有少少貴,但我一定會回購。Paul Lafayet 焦糖燉蛋 $45味道:★★★★吸引度:★★★★性價比:★★★(五分滿分) continue reading

早前參與活動獲得了一張換領焦糖燉蛋的禮券,心思思了幾天,是日終於去了食店吃這招牌甜品。出示換領券後店員詢問是否堂食,知道我們堂食後她便迅速準備甜品,她會即場灑糖於燉蛋上再燒,整個過程不到一分鐘。焦糖部分燒成金黃色,甚為吸引,脆卜卜且味道香甜,竟然有點想起爆谷,裡面冷冷的燉蛋質地很幼滑,蛋味又濃,不會感到膩,整體不錯。 continue reading

Paul Lafayet最吸引人嘅就係七彩繽粉嘅馬卡龍❤️馬卡龍就食過好多次喇,今日要黎試下有好多人大讚嘅Creme Brulee😁上個月Paul Lafayet做買一送一優惠。其實我想講,你做得優惠就預左多人黎,我唔明你最後點解唔夠貨會變左做要比左錢,然後等個幾兩個月後先有得食。不過算啦,最後我都係買左,等左個幾個之後黎食。店員會喺creme brulee上面灑糖,然後用火燒整成一層焦糖喺面😁靚就真係幾靚嘅!個creme brulee凍食好滑,都幾香,加上香脆焦糖令到佢甜甜地咁,但係又唔會太甜,甜度適中。底部仲有啲雲尼拿籽。個人覺得蛋味唔係好夠,可以加重蛋味。一個大creme brulee 嘅size剛剛好,如果再大啲就可能會濟了。如果唔係買一送一,單買一個要💰HKD45, 我覺得有啲貴,單買我未必會捨得食。店內不足十個位,但呢間paul lafayet喺商場角落位,所以都幾靜。 continue reading

話就早排呢間野個焦糖燉蛋買一送一 仲要又排隊買卷 買完又等左個幾星期先有卷拎 拎左仲要打電話去book預留幾多個 幾經辛苦等左半個多月終於有得拎 我親公司lunch即刻沖落去拎 去到都等左十幾分鐘 佢係個箱到拎出黎咁 好似好新鮮 點知一打開爛晒 我就覺得古怪 明明拎返去途中先十分鐘 搭個部𨋢都搭左我五分幾鐘 沿途我又冇fing過 點會一打開就變成咁 分明就係佢未燉夠時間 又冇雪到 面頭完全冇左焦糖 望落去咁核凸都唔想食 打過去問佢又話唔會換 因為拎比我個陣冇野 但係佢其實冇比過我睇 佢入完再拎比我 我係信佢先走人 之後都頂硬上照食 個蛋其他幾香 應該幾滑 個低有好多雲尼拿子 不過好淺 兩淡冇晒 加上我已經冇左一半 真係對呢間野好失望 其實佢整唔切就唔好推出任何優惠 連食物品質都keep唔到 continue reading
