I would say they have one of the best cheese fondue in town. DO try the Raclette if the fondue is not "cheesy" enough. To wrap up the fattening meal, the Kaiserschmarrn (fluffy pancake with plums) is an excellent choice.

剛剛去了這裡吃奧地利菜.. 從來沒有到過austrian cuisine的餐廳~ 一進去, 覺得環境不錯 很靜 適合談心事的地方但Menu沒有很多選擇 我們三個人一起去 我和其中一位選了他們的Set Lunch老實說 可能我不懂 但是 覺得食物方面非常一般... 沒有什麼特別另外點了一個Souffle.... 說是for 2 people... 膽識份量非常大... 可能4個人才可以吃得了~~總括 環境不錯~

Went to visit my Austrian boyfriend in Jan, missed the food there quite a lot, so decided to try out the only Austrian restaurant in HK for today's lunch.Ordered Wiener Schnitzel. 搵左好多地方都搵唔到有奧地利菜食，只係search 到一兩間，自八月係奧地利匈牙利返黎之後就好想去食返個邊d 野食。星期一七點半就去到坐底，叫左兩個湯，一個係豆湯，一個係goulash 匈牙利牛肉湯，個豆湯幾好，但係個goulash 就唔似我地去東歐個邊飲既味，同埋係冇牛肉係裡面既.....main course 叫左vienna 炸扖同埋魚，個炸扖估到未必好食，只不過去左東歐咁耐都未食過，想試返。個魚其實都ok 不過不失。環境好，服務好，價錢就真係歐洲食既價(咁樣諗就唔貴)，整體上黎講都係吸引唔到我返去食多次喇

Came here for dinner last night with 2 friends. The 3 of us ordered 3 main courses which were all traditional Austrian dishes.The boiled beef was tasty and very tender esp. with the sweet apple sauce.The schnitzel was quite unique as it's a deep-fried and thin pork like a pizza.The ham and ox tongue was very good as well, esp. the tender ox tongue.The dinner was mainly for catching up and chatting so we didn't order a lot of food. But we were all satisfied and enjoyed the experience.

One of my favourite restaurant. If I am going to die I will be more than happy to have my last meal there. The calf's liver is simply wonderful, so is the apple strudel and goulash. Some people may find the desert a bit sweet, oh well, that's the way they serve in Austria. Always consider the chef's recommendation first before looking digging your favourite from the menu. It's not easy to have a decent European cuisine in Hong Kong now. Mozart Stub'n is serving a rather traditional and non-adopted European cuisine. The duck mushroom soup is excellent.I was impressed by it's coffee. I know that Vienna coffee is not as strong as we would expect but the taste of it is fine and detailed. Basically the taste is quite balanced, not acidic, full-bodied and chocolatey. It reminded me the cuisine I had in Salzburg.

For the birthday celebration with my friends(6), we choose this restaurant to eat the austrian food. So expensive around $300 each person. We ordered 6 - 8 dishes, 1 bottle red wine and coffee, 2 desserts. The main course I felt more special are the trout, cheese fondue, fried cheese ball. The fish has a little bit salty. I've never heard of another austrian restaurant in HK (excuse my ignorance), and this one, in my opinion, serves well as the only austrian eatery I know. Their Wiener Schnitzel (basically, fried pork cutlet) tastes more authentic than anywhere else I've tried. Their souffle is good but probably not the best there is, but the Apple strudel is really good. I also like the no-nonsense atmosphere because I've always liked simplistic, traditional decor in a restaurant.
