周末中下午都會去尖叫嘴逛街,尤於我非常愛韓國的泡菜又不想弄的一身油油的因爲燒烤!於是選擇在中下午去韓國餐廳吃飯❤️❤️這家韓國料理應該是我蠻喜歡的一家餐廳, 午餐比下午茶稍微貴了一點!但是有附小菜跟清湯飲料要加錢+$6第一次點的是雞扒蛋包飯雞肉挺嫩的,上面淋了一些像teriyaki 的醬,沙拉在旁邊,而雞肉包住了飯☺️ 6.5/10 吃完對女生來說還挺飽的💪🏻第二次去點了牛肉蓋飯說真的份量比上次的多!牛肉是用肥牛制作,中間是顆半熟的蛋,所以你可以選擇,弄破蛋再攪拌到飯裡,或是直接生吃那雞蛋!7/10 因爲份量多,又是這價錢,真的是很值得推薦試試☝️☝️加點了個紫菜壽司,覺得一般般!還是韓式的粉絲好吃些❤️❤️❤️❤️

係中午時間在尖沙咀,想食個坐得輕鬆嘅韓國餐,竟然比我在金馬倫道搵到搵到間樓上店叫(炑八韓烤),上到去坐低,看看餐牌,雖説中午但款式也很多飲品也是採用一些特飲,還可以使用便宜的價錢多吃小食喜歡坐卡位的或揼揼轉圍住一齊也可以有多款前菜提供,還可以補充一杯美味的藍天使梳打水,極能解名品大醬湯配紫菜飯,除了一般的豆腐蔬菜愛還有多隻蜆仔及牛肉,泡菜湯底配唔使起來10分好,辣味不會太重,紫菜飯再加少許湯一起吃10分滋味如喜愛中午燒烤的也可,這確是個令人可坐得舒服的韓國餐廳

最先當然處理蟹蓋上兇湧的蟹膏,挖出來鋪在白飯上,等一等。唧埋蟹身深橙色蟹膏連半透明蟹肉同樣鋪在白飯上,最後淋上海鮮醬汁跟白飯撈得透徹均勻,禮成﹗立即起勁開動,連理進擊停不了手,大大啖一二三四五六七轉眼消滅,一粒飯都無得剩呢。


飽滿嚥韌的珍珠飯、黏黏濕潤甘甜無敵的蟹膏、嫩滑多汁鮮味軟綿的蟹肉、精華所在的海鮮醬油,誰能阻我品嚐如此美食?見神殺神、見佛殺佛,天堂的味道。突發奇想,不如來個蟹膏蟹肉生菜包。叫做試過,唔好浪費,都係撈飯算啦。


水冷麵,呷兩口湯底,甜不辣散發雪梨果香,挑開麵團再一束束啜入品嚐,清涼舒服,微酸微甜開開胃胃,彈彈韌韌的麵條夾著青瓜蘿蔔齊齊食,格外暢快。


護心肉,必食的招牌靚肉。肥美彈滑,十分有趙頭而不失肉汁,濃濃豬甜味,可口醒神。霜降牛小排,靚靚的油花烤得微溶乳化,嫩嫩濕潤,牛味濃郁吸引,那有不好吃的理由。牛肋骨肉,牛小排食其油香,牛肋肉食其肉香,牛味最濃,牛甜味極至,鬆軟彈嫩好好味。


大白鱔,整件大大塊出場非常震憾,要用猛火煮理。厚厚鱔肉要耐心燒烤,先烤脆鱔皮再迫出油脂。兩面已烤得金黃,顏色亮麗平均就可以剪開進入最後階段。再烤得鱔皮更脆散發焦香,鱔脂溶化滲入每條鱔肉纖維中,一咬爆汁,肥美爽彈不得了,無雖添加任何調味已經好食到暈得一陣陣。


芝士生蠔,眼測已知道是日本蠔,只屬中等身材,不那麼肥美,有蠔味而帶點腥,不太接受到。牛臉肉,又一名物,不過唔係面珠登。鬆化的質地,不屬彈滑類型,清爽牛肉味,中規中矩。


豬皮,要比大白鱔更花時時更花心機去燒烤。轉眼十幾廿十分鐘過去,終於差不多完成可以食喇。燒得乾爽香脆金黃,還保有微弱膠彈感覺,豬肉甜少少的豬羶味,食其香脆還可以。


厚切五花腩,跟煙肉一樣膠彈滑溜有序,黏黏的又嚥嚥韌韌,燒過的脂肪特別甘香可口。厚切能鎖住更多肉汁,食落更鬆化肥美。來個肥肉生菜包真係超級邪到無朋友,夾埋我最愛的大芽豆、泡菜、烤肉醬,果真如虎添翼呀﹗


所有烤肉變為生菜包都非常好味可口不能自拔,難怪韓國美女個個樣靚身材正,還裝備雙殺人長腿啦 ﹗

As always, appetizers are provided.

There was a salad with a citrus salad dressing.  That was different as I'm always used to sesame dressing with so many other places. I did like the citrus addition. It was sharp yet quite good.

They also provided lettuce for wrapping the grilled meat.

Small little appetizers were provided and kimchi eggs and cheesy corn was added to the sides of the grill. All are refillable. My favorite has got to be the cheesy corn.

The set included the following meat for BBQ: thick sliced pork belly, Chuncheon chicken, chunk tail flap, thick sliced ox tongue, 3 Korean prawns , two pieces of Korean groupa fillet, a shitake mushroom and two thicker sized enoki mushrooms and a long rosemary branch. The set arrived with some dry ice.

The meat quality was pretty good. The chicken was pretty spicy but it was pretty moist. I did like that they used a thick slice of ox tongue as well so it was not tough as we always seem to end up over grilling it.

The set also came with a bowl of Korean cold noodles that were topped with octopus.  The octopus was pretty good. Soft and not rubbery hard like I had was a bit worried about. The noodles were ok though. It appeared they didn't really separate the strands properly so it was hard to break apart. It didn't have enough taste of pears that I love about this noodle. It wasn't very refreshing so this wasn't that great for me.

We added a dessert as we love their bingsu here but we wanted to try something off their new menu. A  watermelon snow ice ($68). This was fun! It came out in with some dry ice as well so it was billowing in smoke. The watermelon was a small Korean watermelon and super sweet. Chunks of watermelon was piled on top of a vanilla ice cream. Inside was some chewy mochi balls. Oddly, it felt healthy as you are basically eating watermelon. There was still a lot of watermelon that we continually scraped inside after we finished the ice cream.

It seems this place is always offering different menu sets that are always a fairly decent price. Quality was good and service was quick. We always seem to come back.

辛苦得來志在食👅 放工梗係要食下好嘢放鬆下!! 我地去左尖沙咀炑八韓烤, Order左個夏日奇幻燒烤套餐(2人餐, 價錢: $588)前菜已經好豐富, 仲有個沙律等你開胃一下👅乾冰八爪魚冷麵, 份量都好大, 侍應姐姐建議我哋可以用附上嘅芥末, 同埋另外一個酸酸地嘅汁or 醋去食冷麵, 食落感覺好清新, 酸酸的, 幾得意!再嚟當然係重點嘅烤肉拼盤, 有勁厚肉嘅豬五花, 雞肉, 霜降牛, 牛舌, 魚同埋蝦!! 勁豐富, 兩個女仔真係食唔晒🙈 鐵板邊仲放咗蛋同埋芝士!! 正!! 之後再嘆埋西瓜冰沬, 見到都透心涼, 好爽😝

踏入夏天,完全沒有出外旅行的衝勁,但又掛念韓國的韓燒、炸雞的美食,為了減低去旅行的慾望,決定尖沙咀吃個韓國燒烤。除了環境增加了一點夏日的氣氛外,餐牌上也多了夏日套餐。我們點了夢幻冰夏鰻魚套餐,有厚切牛舌、特選豬五花、大蝦、LA骨、護心肉。先來韓式前菜,有沙律、蘿蔔、泡菜等,爐邊少不了芝士粟米及泡菜蛋厚切牛舌肉質嫰滑,件件厚切,味道不錯,大蝦鮮甜爽口。特選豬五花油脂分佈比較平均,薄薄一片吃起來也不覺油膩,包生菜吃更滋味。LA骨肉味濃,鰻魚肉質鮮美,個人喜歡煎耐一點,口感更香脆可口。芝士蛋卷芝士味不算太重,但整個味道滿清新,簡單的配料也不需加醬汁已相當美味。乾冰八爪魚冷麵冰感十足,清爽的青瓜加煙韌的冷麵,口感更豐富,個人喜歡加上醋及芥末醬,整碗味道更為特別。大熱天,點了一份西瓜冰沫,西瓜清甜,吃完牛奶雪糕更透心涼。柚子冰茶,燒完肉再來一杯,很消暑誰說烤肉一定要配啤酒
