去完嘉年華會,星期六又要方面泊車,又要食得有特色,所以走左去萬發食小菜。我一向都食d 自己煮唔到既野,好似魚腸,牛骨髓,田雞粥。不過,可能眼闊肚窄,而碟碟菜都大到爆炸,所以夾左兩下,都食唔落。其實傳統的小菜真係好難食到,焗魚腸,仲要有油炸鬼在內一齊焗,這些先至係終於原著。而牛骨髓炒3鮮,條條骨髓都好大條,完全冇咩腥咩,加埋鮮魷炒,其實都係幾match 既。而亞田雞粥一到,我真係嚇一跳,$48/碗,不過個碗大過隻窩。好味既野,食唔哂,結果又係益晒今日返工既同事。

我從來不寫任何食評,但今次實在忍無可忍要比大家知道這間食店服務態度如何超級低劣!之前也來過,也不至於這麼差。今晩一入到店内,所有伙計隻眼望到我,只當你完完全全透明,不問不聞,要再三追問有冇位,才晦氣地答等陣啦,心裡已滾滾哋! 到有位,—直没茶, 沒餐具都算,不停揮手叫伙計點菜是難過登天的事情!!不停揮手加上不停走來走去找人理我們都已20分鐘有多,真喺嬲到你飛起,最後啊姐你自己寫啦,點知枱号又搞錯,起菜亂七八糟,又要花力氣同他們理論。今晚叫咗薯仔牛柳粒, 椒鹽九肚魚, 蒜茸西蘭花和蠔仔粥, 整體食物質素也可維持水平,味道可以, 但今次的薯仔牛柳粒無上幾次那麼美味, 牛肉煮得有點過火。不過, 一句講哂, 這種服務態度實在不要得, 你唔想爆血管的話,請不要到這間店,它似著生意好,就可以不可一世的態度,非常差!!!:@

兩條麻甩佬,其實真係要搵個麻甩d既地方食野,就lai到萬發,其實都食左好多次,每次都叫返個幾個菜,不過佢盞鬼抵死位係,佢真係次次都比返咁上下質素您,永冇走樣,我地叫左三個,分別係金沙骨,薯仔牛柳粒同通菜煲,金沙骨炒得幾香,唔會太油,可能佢有張紙索減左,菜就普通,勝在夠熱!不過佢個薯牛粒就真係正,蓿仔炸左一次先,再炒,薯仔有哂d牛味,而牛肉就唔會太un,好出色,多兩支大啤,夠吹成晚,真係男人勝地!

呢度話明係海鮮菜館,點都要試一試海鮮。人人都話新加坡嘅胡椒蟹好食,唔知用嚟整蝦又會係點嘅味呢?

啲蝦用石窩裝住,上枱時冒煙ing兼香氣四溢,胡椒連洋蔥、青椒等一齊煮,想唔香都幾難。蝦應該有10隻或以上,完全吸晒胡椒味,是好味的但肉質只屬OK,有小部份彈牙新鮮,其他普通。下次會試其他。

環境,非常適合一班麻甩佬圍埋啤一啤食好嘢再講女友是非的格局,因為我哋隔離就有一枱xddd。點菜記得一take過叫晒,後加單要等勁耐的,因為實在太多人太多單!另,搵個貌似醒啲嘅阿姐落單,幾時都有著數。

請讓我由最喜愛或十四同人之選來先講吧! 我最愛是薑蔥屈蠔, 韓式熱煱中有七八隻肥大型美國桶蠔, 一來肥美已知, 它的醬油味和沒有過份走油使到蠔依然保持軟冧冧, 但有口感的菜。另一個亦是用韓式熱煱上菜的梅菜炒芥蘭, 要先dou亂來吃更好, 不過梅菜更有點像韓國紫菜。蕃茜豆腐魚頭湯, 魚頭是魚雲, 有肉又有骨, 豆腐好滑, 啖湯可以降火。大家都講薯仔牛肉非常好, 正方形的薯仔有炸過, 帶黑椒味, 好容易入口被消化了。紅燒乳鴿, 從炸脆皮可以同其他馳名店比較, 平時好少食, 不評了。風沙雞的肉仲好滑, ok啊! 黃金蝦,好得啊! 因為咸蛋黃未有過份出油, 酥炸就系真相。炒鵝腸用新鮮貨, 好! 蝦籽柚皮, 好少有得食! 感覺有點似蒸冬瓜。炒蟹味道剛好, 有殼食物, 一齊食此終麻煩d。唂嚕肉和扖豆苗亦是受歡迎的菜。

臨近中秋節,一家12人去左石硤尾萬發海鮮菜館食。喺石硤尾地鐵站出之後,行大約5-10分鐘就到。因為之前訂左位,唔洗等就可以入座!其中有幾道餸真係一食令人難忘!值得大力推介!其中一樣最好味既,係圖中既蟶子,足足有成隻手掌咁大隻,非常好味又好特別!另外,蒜蓉扇貝都唔錯,蒜蓉味道好香,唯一值得改善既係隻扇貝好難整出黎,癡得太實個殼!最值得一試既,一定係上圖既薯仔牛柳粒。就咁睇路可能冇乜特別,但一試就令人上癮!薯仔脆脆地,好入味,甚至有一種薯片/薯條好香既味道!而牛柳粒亦都好香,好林。味道剛剛好,唔會太鹹!我地12人食左好多道菜,都只係大約1500蚊,算係幾抵,因為味道真的很好!

喺石硤尾地鐵站出之後,行大約5-10分鐘就到。
