在朋友介紹下得知這間新餐廳,店面雖然不算大,但勝在座位之間有一定的間距,裝修簡約優雅,整個用餐過程都很舒適♡食物賣相精美,份量適中,主打中西合璧fusion菜,加入上海菜特色所以口味會比一般西餐濃味,個人覺得可接受,濃而不鹹~九層塔海鮮意粉的味道不錯,意粉軟硬適中,會較為傾向意大利風的偏硬口感,能掛到意粉汁,中西合壁的風格很新穎,出來的效果亦令人意想不到,海鮮份量亦很多,帶子煎得剛剛好,魷魚亦不會韌,材料豐富值得推薦‎|•'-'•)و  continue reading

肥美軟嫩崩沙腩🥩自家掛汁粗管粉🥘軟糯麻糬鍋餅!-平時出Post除咗靠自己感覺,偷聽隔離枱都係個方法,可以了解多啲其他人對餐廳嘅睇法,而今次呢間私房菜,隔離枱都係keep住讚不絕口。作為私房菜,門口隱蔽之餘連Menu都冇,不過放心完全唔貴,菜式主打中西Fusion,中式代表係滬菜(上海菜),而西式就係法國菜,非常少見。-🍽️6-course Dinner ($650)因為係私房菜關係,六道菜嘅內容都可以因客人要求調整,但價錢完全唔貴,除返開其實一道都係大約$100,份量仲超多。🥓Deep fried Shanghainese bread stick with cuttlefish paste. Pairing with truffle mayo dip鮮甜墨魚滑釀入油炸鬼,再炸得非常香脆,沾埋松露蛋黃醬,松露濃香之餘,配炸物一流。🌮Shredded salt-baked chicken taco with sand ginger dressing, along with endive and pearl onionTaco粟米餅皮用紫薯做成,夾上鹹香鹽焗雞,仲有鮮嫩多汁嘅菊苣,再配埋沙薑汁,外脆而內Juicy。-🍖Sautéed diced Iberico pork with chili and pepper in Sichuan style, along with leek and lettuce 黑豚肉粒爆炒得香口,內裡油脂豐富,以極惹味嘅四川麻辣調味,中和油脂肥美膩感。🥘Hakka braised duck, served with homemade paccheri鴨肉鹵得入味後,再手撕成幼條,肉香又口感豐富,而粗管粉自家製,微微煙韌又極為索汁,索哂鴨肉鹵汁超濃郁。🥩Pan seared U.S. angus beef outside skirt with cheese and salty egg risotto 少有用上崩沙腩,入口極為肥美軟嫩,肉味香濃,底下意大利飯用芝士同鹹蛋煮起,邪惡又啖啖甘香。-🍨Shanghainese pancake with Japanese mocha and sweet red bean filling豆沙鍋餅嘅做法,外皮香脆又口感微韌,夾住軟糯麻糬同香甜紅豆餡,仲有最愛嘅抹茶醬同十勝紅豆,超驚喜又滿足。 continue reading
