中環嘅餐廳應該多不勝數,就如銀河星宿,宇宙間來去自如,來往如驛。選一間好啲嘅地方食扒或者食Fine dining,應該就與舉頭望天一樣,有難度,但並非不可做到。選一間farewell餐廳,可能更難,因為係會給人記一輩子的回憶。幸好這次的回憶不錯,選了一間好傾偈的餐廳,服務又好,食物都水準甚高,這間是在大館附近的La Parrilla steakhouse。未叫嘢都已經有前菜俾我哋,佢哋自家製嘅麵包都做得唔錯。前菜有是日精選湯,牛肉他他,芝士再加上沙律,基本上應有盡有,我選擇咗湯,朋友選擇咗熱溶芝士,全部都俾到你合理嘅預期值。由於今晚好早晚飯,所以我自己冇叫到扒,叫左Entrana sandwich,thin skirt呢個部位都算唔錯,肉味幾濃,簡單加上蕃茄同蔬菜嘅Baguette,絕對係一個精美有餘嘅午餐。我極力推介C小姐食butchers cut,不過最後佢話驚食唔晒,選了carbs De Res嘅Hanger steak,不過佢比較喜歡熟,所以選了medium well,而且又唔會過熟,炭香一流,呢個係絕對出色的一個扒,我覺得勝過上次Hugo的出品。Side點了湯同薯條,全部都好

我極力推介C小姐食butchers cut,不過最後佢話驚食唔晒,選了carbs De Res嘅Hanger steak,不過佢比較喜歡熟,所以選了medium well,而且又唔會過熟,炭香一流,呢個係絕對出色的一個扒,我覺得勝過上次Hugo的出品。

可惜時間唔夠充裕,因為工作嘅關係都係匆匆來去,雖然唔係好長時間,但係都講咗好多其他工作以外嘅嘢,farewell嘅意義,可能都只是儀式感,因為未來不是不見,只是告別的儀式,或者未來才有機會再見。
又或者,對這個地方對這裏的人物都是短暫的告別,祝你和你們都一切安好。

我見主菜都有燒八爪魚選項,但怕食唔哂,轉叫八爪魚沙律。

八爪魚Q彈有嚼頭,下面的沙律菜、青瓜蕃茄洋葱等等都好鮮甜,蒜味醬汁都配得好好味,酸甜鹹度適中。

呢個牛脷係慢煮既,不是煎香嗰隻,所以唔係食佢既香脆同油香,而係軟淋。入口好易咬開,份量出奇地多。

The beef is OK, quiet nice, while the rest of the food is fine. Same as my expectation, as a restaurant in Central, with an expected higher spending and normal quality.
