一直都想再食中菜,今次友人帶我去這間位於謝斐道的喜記避風塘炒辣蟹餐廳,以精湛的廣東菜為主,招牌菜是避風塘炒辣蟹、豉椒炒蜆、椒鹽特大瀨尿蝦、還試了幾款不同等菜式。首先,要稱讚餐廳的招牌喜記避風塘炒辣蟹。螃蟹大小適中,肉質鮮嫩多汁,配合避風塘炒的調味料,味道鮮香辣味十足。螃蟹外殼的炒製技巧也非常出色,保持了螃蟹的原汁原味,一試難忘。我最愛食既椒鹽特大瀨尿蝦都相當出色,估唔到大大隻之餘又香脆美味。豉椒炒蜆是另一道令人印象深刻的菜式。蜆肉鮮甜,炒得恰到好處,軟嫩可口,每一口都充滿了鮮美的汁液。椒鹽特大瀨尿蝦絕對不能錯過的菜式。大蝦新鮮肥美,外表酥脆,椒鹽的調味使得這道菜更加香脆,帶有微妙的辣味和鹹香,令人上癮的口感。還有脆皮BB乳鴿,是皮烤得酥脆的鴿肉經過獨特的處理,肉質鮮嫩多汁。最後,辣酒煮花螺是一道讓人驚艷的菜式。花螺經過煮製後,質感彈牙,與辣酒的香氣完美融合,辣味和酒香相互交融,讓人回味無窮。餐廳地理位置方便,所以經常滿座,環境都好舒適。餐廳的菜品種類豐富,菜式口味層次豐富,非常適合與家人、朋友或一大班人來食! continue reading

最近親戚又係外國返黎,上次帶過佢地去食【喜記避風塘炒辣蟹】灣仔店,佢地幾鍾意,今次指明要去呢間食飯。招牌避風塘炒辣蟹:當然就叫左佢既招牌菜,避風塘炒辣蟹。用左特大蟹、蟹肉鮮嫩多汁。避風塘炒辣蟹係以蒜蓉、辣椒、乾辣椒、蔥同其他香料炒煮,香辣味濃郁好味道。呢種炒製方式令螃蟹吸收咗好多調味料,展現出獨特嘅風味。椒鹽特大瀨尿蝦 :瀨尿蝦有手臂禁大,好誇張。椒鹽瀨尿蝦係一道香脆美味嘅菜餚,以新鮮嘅瀨尿蝦同特製嘅椒鹽調味。椒鹽嘅調味令瀨尿蝦表面有香脆嘅質感,同時帶嚟一定嘅辣味同鹹香。炸好之後,瀨尿蝦外層金黃酥脆,內部仍保持住嫩滑嘅蝦肉,食落非常好味又有口感。椒鹽九肚魚拼魷魚 :雙拼最適合選擇困難症,九肚魚經過油炸後,外層變得金黃酥脆,內部仍然保持著鮮嫩的肉質;魷魚新鮮彈牙,兩個唔同口感非常錯。喜記燒鵝:又一道招牌菜,肉肥而唔膩,外皮脆軟同色澤均勻。烤製過程中,鵝肉外皮會逐漸變得金黃酥脆,形成一層香脆嘅鵝皮,而肉質就保持住嫩滑多汁。招牌蟹油炒麵:豉油王炒麵再加蟹黃同蟹膏經過加熱煮熟、壓榨而得到嘅濃郁油脂。炒麵充滿濃厚嘅蟹味同豐富嘅蟹香。味道不錯、值得下次再介紹其他親戚黎食 continue reading
