To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗金鐘翡翠拉麵食午餐，金鐘翡翠拉麵出咗新菜式，所以叫咗2個菜，order薄荷葉炸子雞&佛跳牆。薄荷葉炸子雞味道都好清，但炸得好靚好，佛跳牆我平時好小食，今次覺得味道好。

星期六夜晚接近七點去到金鐘，冇乜特別嘢想食， 咁啱就近見到翡翠拉麵小籠包，就入咗去 。佢 應該算係 全個商場最旺的一間食肆，接近七成入座率，我哋兩大一細坐咗喺中央位置， 枱與枱之間其實都好近， 聽到隔離枱講乜，又 清清楚楚 見到食緊乜😝。 我哋嗌咗小籠包、雲吞拉麵、 雲吞燉雞湯 同埋飲品青檸梅子梳打 ，仲有菜螃蟹 。用QR code點餐，上菜速度非常之快，可能因為用餐有限時90分鐘🤨。埋單470蚊， 味道不過不失，性價比還可以，好似有套餐做緊， 如果有某信用卡， 套餐好似會抵啲。
