挑了兩款mocktail,這裡的環境很不錯,很適合來兩杯!這兩款都有果汁的成分,但不怕太甜,很適合配菜!

尖沙咀商場眾多,不過以我個人習慣,要搵食既話,多半會去各大酒店、海港城,以及K11 Musea,其他的則甚少到訪。其中少之有少的,可說到I Square,若不是朋友相約,我差點兒忘記了這個Mall。是夜朋友介紹來的潮藝館,平日晚上都有九成滿,看來店家是有一定實力。朋友點餐,選來的都是傳統口味的菜色,當中肯定包括外脆內嫩、味道咸香的普寧豆腐,簡單美味。翡翠蟹肉羹,以火熱住保持溫度,是細心位。湯頭夠熱其實已經無得點輸,加上蟹肉在內,漓淡而不至食之無味,喝得舒服。平時食鹵水嘢,十之八九會吃鵝片,今云改改口味,又墨魚又腎。兩者不同的爽脆口感,同樣討人歡喜,精華從來在於墊底的豆腐,入晒味。西芹雞縱菌炒蝦球,勝在用料上乘,蝦球身型有番咁上下之餘,爽口彈牙。春菜排骨煲,又是一味懷舊菜色,春菜清淡甘香,軟嫩無渣,底下的蘿蔔腍身入味,啖湯更加合我心。甜品前來個蠔仔肉碎粥,有時在外邊食到的,蠔仔份量像要尋寶般,好似彩數。呢度就來得慷慨,隻隻漲卜卜,飽滿味鮮,米粒開花但不太胡爛,我包辦了大半。嘆埋最後像花般美的糕點,又係抱著個肚歸家既一夜。見呢度有任食點心,有機會可以來一試。

今日去到國際廣場試吓新派潮州菜,環境非常之大,坐得好舒服!今次叫咗個二人餐,兩個女仔食都食唔晒!但就是都好多唔同種類嘅嘢食!首先有頭盤五小福我特別鍾意嘅酒香鮑魚,呢一個拼盤可以試到唔同嘅小點心!點心有筍尖蝦餃,鹹蛋墨魚燒賣,主菜有凍黃花,鮮蟲草濃湯浸菜苗,我自己最鍾意係嗰個浸菜苗,個湯好濃郁,有鮮味!主食係鵝肝蜆肉炒飯,炒飯炒得粒粒分明,返夠乾身,所以唔錯!最後甜品係燕麥一口薯都幾特別,上菜雖然賣相唔係特別靚,食落都OK,唔會太甜!
