To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上1128到餐廳,侍應說要收早餐餐牌,我們說沒所謂。她就給我們午市餐牌,我們說要下單,她說要兩分鐘後才可下單,我們就等。1132再找侍應,又說要找另一個下單,好不容易找到下個待應,竟說要等十分鐘後才能下單,又不願說是什麼原因,餐廳已經不是很多人,待應人數也不少,不可以叫早餐,也不可叫午餐,什麼單都不可落,不解釋不回應,禮貌也不好,不是在趕客嗎?我們立即走了,以後不會再幫襯這品牌,從不寫負面評語也忍不住要寫一次! continue reading

曾經在坑口站東港城吃過,價錢經濟服務也正常,感覺良好。早前父親節週末在杏花邨杏花新城就有點催趕,餐牌太多又凌亂,看到眼花,一坐下職員已站立等寫單,未夠看清楚,見到有套餐$198就點,份量不大,牛扒也難吃太熟,幸好沒有加$叫大份量,反而其他飯意粉還好,但原來有部分是套餐可配飲品。上次倆父女來過想等我收工一齊吃,但沒有預告八點半已截單,幸好個女先叫一碟粉,搞到爸爸唯有空肚走,不愉快經驗😤今次卻見到仍入客,不解 明白不是高級餐廳,最基本要通知客人截單或營業時間避免爭議。最希望提供多些其他付款方式。 continue reading

嚟呢度食早餐其實有啲趕時間!職員問我係咪用q r code落單, 我話好, 但佢轉頭去收銀, 收銀搞咗三分鐘, 期間唔係幾唔到其他職員, 我要走去收銀再問多佢一次先至q r code我!🙄🙄嗌咗雞肉扁意粉, 諗住呢個應該穩陣同埋快速度嚟到ok, 啲雞肉完全出事, 又乾又柴皮!唔止咁!有幾舊淨係得“雞皮”, 堅係一啲肉都冇!!我將嗰啲擺出去紙巾上面, 跟住行去同啲職員講, 叫佢畀番幾舊有肉嘅畀我!!之後先至有喺圖中見到浮咗幾舊雞肉!其實點會畀啲雞皮客人食嘅啫😶?!好似唔係慳到咁呀?!😑當然我嗌咗熱檸水, 係冇“真檸檬”, 呢樣就一早知嘅😌😌 continue reading

今日入咗去食下午茶,唔知係咪下午茶啲服務會差啲(係好差),入到去冇人理,冇法喇,自己揾個位坐低,坐低之後三四分鐘冇人理,左望右望,見到第二張枱有手機點餐牌,但又揾唔到自己張枱有,咁點算,又冇人理,剛剛有位阿姐推緊車仔送餐,點知佢好似怕咗我咁,於是我問佢有冇手機點餐,我只係想落单啫,點解都咁難。第一我想提出,咁大間集團點解同一商舖,有枱可以自己點餐,又有枱唔可以。第二對員工服務係唔係有啲要求指引。第三係唔係唔人手分配上出咗問題,令員工好辛苦環境下工作,冇晒服務水平,抑或我唔好彩,在不當環境下不當時區下入咗唔應該入嘅地方。 continue reading
