.Bun-Me 奔咪 @bunme_bunbunme 越式法包 配洋蔥湯 $60與普遍人認為口感偏硬的法包不一樣~這個越式法包烘得超鬆脆💖!吃最後一口時 麵包也沒被餡料沾濕而變軟是那種容易咬開又不會割傷口腔的法包😍餡料亦超豐富🤤塞滿了整個法包!包括酸蘿蔔絲、番茄、青瓜、扎肉、鹹豬手、豬肝醬(還有芫荽🌿不過被我拿掉了)味道主要來自鹹豬手配上各式各樣的蔬果絲🥕🥒🍅感覺清爽不油膩跟餐的洋蔥湯看似平平無奇賣相接近深褐色的中藥湯😂但其實內有乾坤😋超級多洋蔥絲!!而且煮得很軟🧅洋蔥的甜味全都滲進湯裏😻個人很喜歡這個🫶🏻.評分💫:味道:5/5環境:2.5/5價錢:4/5.地址🚩:石硤尾偉智街38號福田大廈地下58號營業時間⏰:11:00 -19:00(逢星期二休息) continue reading

呢頭都會成日行過路過都唔算話成日有好多鋪頭食野行過時留意到平時食串燒隔離開左間文青小店格局既越南包價錢都唔算平不過自己真係好鐘意食越南包所以就叫左果set 有埋湯朋友都一樣叫左個set 有湯老闆娘一個人在忙整包樓面一腳踢所以俾多少少耐性 果包食落香脆 有足夠既肝醬 有菜有羅白咁食落起味道balance 不過未到好驚喜但係果湯反而係亮點一個洋蔥湯一個蕃茄湯兩個湯都好濃 飲得出係好有心機煲既屋企味但又冇西湯咁油膩 一啖包 飲下湯咁都不錯 continue reading

奔咪 Bun Me石峽尾邨 偉晴街JCCAC 賽馬會創意藝術中心 旁邊隱世小店。祇賣幾款食物。越南三文治也祗得一款,冇得㨂。也有些簡單的三文治,可以選牛角包或小麥包。另外這裡的湯也很出色,是手工制作的。越南三文治 Banh Mi :裡面有扎肉,猪手粒,肝酱(唔知係咩肝?),酸紅羅白絲,番茄,洋葱,芫茜。 法包很脆,是優質的包,酸羅白也好吃。内容豐富,吃一口,很有幸福感。我覺得有點偏淡,要求加辣椒。加了辣椒後,更美味。越南三文治,是一種 Fusion 食物。非常中國人口味 (或亞洲人口味) + 西式食法。是我十分喜歡的食物。但它需要手工制作,花時間,不是太多餐廳做得好。優質的法包,也並不便宜,成本高,很多店都用略差的包,輸在起跑線。我請教老板娘(其實她是位小姐),吃法包點樣先可以避免法包刮損口腔。她建議先用力壓扁個包才吃。我也喝了一個玉米忌廉湯,頗佳。是手工制作的,玉米磨得很幼细,另加一些原粒的玉米。支持小店,離開時再買一份外賣。是吞拿鱼三文治,加番茄湯。外賣纸袋的圖案,竟然是老板娘親自手繪的!哇!回家後,吃這外賣。三文治冇特别。番茄湯則甚佳。去皮番茄打碎,很有質感,味道很好。 continue reading

I'm always on the search for good banh mi and this place caught my eye. Bun-Me. Serving banh mi! It's a small shop with a table outside if you wish to dine in.  It's mostly geared for takeaway.Menu is in Chinese only and no 10% service charge. They serve  a variety of other items. But if you want the banh mi, they only one traditional version for $42.Boyfriend ordered one to go so we could share. It was wrapped in paper.Unwrapping it, it did look very good and lots of filling.  A generous size as well. The bread was the correct kind! Light yet crisp. Not the French baguette many places use. Generous smear of pate and chunks of pork belly. There was also some slices of Vietnamese sausage. The cilantro was fresh and slices of carrots were crisp. The only let down was the carrots. They wern't pickled enough. No sour tang that balances everything out. Otherwise it was decent enough. continue reading

上週經過石硤尾,經過一個公園, 旁邊有一間小店,真係小店,因為除咗舖面,只係有可開合的一枱兩櫈,但整體裝修顏色裝置就吸引到注意,伸個頭過去望一望,原來係食越南法包,見肚空空的,又有些時間,不妨在這裏Hea 一Hea 😎餐牌簡單有4個法包餐(包+湯+咖啡/果茶)和幾項特色小食(牛角包/蒜蓉包/亞椰多士)望兩望老闆娘就出嚟,親切介紹有咩好食,咁就點個法包 + 咖啡,考考佢牌 🤔先說咖啡,味濃而唔酸,入口苦苦甘甘的,回味無窮,老闆娘話係即磨的自選咖啡豆,唔怪之得咁啱飲啦😆繼而就係個法包,Size 適中,焗製時間啱啱好,夠溫度,外脆內軟,內藏大量酸菜青瓜番茄紅蘿蔔豬肉(後來好奇再問原來係豬手肉和扎肉)和好香口的醬汁(又好奇再問原來係豬肝醬)咬落整體感覺超良好,酸酸甜甜好啱吃,質量紮實飽肚,加上大量植物纖維,有一種食緊健康食物感覺😋法包在其他地方有吃,但這裏吃的真的有正宗越式法包嘅感覺,唔簡單 👍再值得一題係周邊環境,微風太陽公園雀仔聲,在這裏嘆一嘆,放空一下,真的不錯 ☺️下次預多啲時間再試吓其他嘢 😆 continue reading
