衣間越南麵包印象中都開左起碼7/8年,喺香港可以做咁長既餐廳總有佢原因。佢既越南麵包,蕃茄蟹肉湯濛,牛油雞翼(我認為係全港最好食既牛油雞翼!)都值得一試!老實講佢價位唔平但食物質素一定唔會令你失望,飲品比較少飲可以比唔到comments。佢枱同枱之間唔會好逼,好適合約幾個朋友食飯傾幾個鐘計。尼開九龍城又唔想食泰國野非常值得一試呀!! continue reading

及時行樂,今日又嚟到呢間我鍾意既餐廳,食啲越南美食打打牙祭☺️。首先提提大家,我叫嘅肝醬越南麵包,真係要頂禮膜拜!麵包好似剛從爐火裏走出嚟般新鮮,香脆得嚟又不失彈性,肝醬香濃,配上辣肉,每一啖都香辣得嚟意猶未盡,咬落去唔單止齒頰留香,仲充滿咗層次感,我保證你食咗之後會掛住佢! 🥖接住講講慢煮越式手撕豬肉芝士麵包,相對於肝醬麵包,呢款就溫柔咗啲。豬肉夠腍,一啖嘴熱情似火,根本停唔到口,但就覺得芝士略微羞澀,露面得太少啦😂,如果多啲芝士就完美。而蕃薯條,香脆可口,係小食中的清新選擇,不過我期望可以多幾條來滿足我嘅口腹之欲。🍠最後,越南凍咖啡就係暢快淋漓,咖啡香濃而且滋味持久,夏日微熱時嘅絕佳選擇。呢一杯凍咖啡,真係喝落去涼快心扉,一日疲勞嘅最佳療癒。☕總結呢次體驗,這家店既越南味道真係正宗到喺度嗌停!下次你行過九龍城,想食啲咩好,記住要搵佢哦!帶埋三五知己,一齊歎個輕鬆既下午茶,絕對值得再三回味! continue reading

想避開人多要排隊既餐廳,偶然見到依一家即管試試~為左就小朋友,冇點signature既越式面包,反而點左蕃茄豬肉湯濛,香茅豬扒飯同春卷~蕃茄豬肉湯濛:menu有highlight湯底係熬製而成,味道果然好濃郁,已驚好有驚喜,小朋友食左大半碗,我連湯底都飲曬~香茅豬扒飯豬扒已切小塊,外脆內軟唔乾身又淋,香茅味好夠,連洋蔥都好入味,讚~生菜包春卷:性價比唔高,迷你春卷一條一塊生菜,出黎略嫌overcooked...6條承惠$120, 小食黎講再加上個份量我覺得太貴, 提議調整小食價錢會更吸引~但overall我依然會recommend依間餐廳俾讀者,支持小店繼續經營💪 continue reading

幫襯過就時常心思思想繼續幫襯。首先講佢最出色嘅蟹肉蝦湯檬粉,湯底濃郁聽個名都知好食!跟住佢個慢煮蕃茄牛肋肉非常軟琳10分入味 😋 平時我仲好鍾意叫飯食因為我係飯桶 😅 最鍾意食嘅係香茅牛肉或者雞肉 (睇心情而定),加扎肉多蔥油。識食一定係咁食!越式滴漏咖啡好正宗好香、iced latte 都唔錯。另外一定要推介佢個牛油雞翼 ☝🏻 好多越南餐廳都有但係呢間特別好食!外邊牛油皮非常入味、裏面嘅雞翼食到酒香。仲有普通到不得了嘅越南春卷,一定要叫嚟試吓、因為真正越南入口細細條非常好味!最後,如果鍾意食咖喱嘅人都要試吓佢嘅咖喱牛肉法包🥖⋯⋯ 佢啲咖喱超級野味不過都幾辣🔥 食得辣嘅朋友先好叫。 continue reading
