卡巴午餐不過不是食卡巴卷，不過我一直來食都是食午餐佢個套餐雞飯份量十足，48蚊來講已不錯，仲可送野飲。其實加15蚊有薯條而我知道味道係好食的，不過平時一丁友食不到咁多野不過搵多個飯腳便可食倒啦

呢間可能係我係香港食過最好食嘅Kebab！自從去完英國番黎之後，一直好掛住英國周圍都都食到嘅Kebab，但香港始終食唔番果種味道。朋友介紹之下抱住一試嘅心情，點知⋯ 係呢種味道啦！😭識食一定係食羊肉！而且仲要勁落沙律醬，咁食落說唔太Dry啦。羊肉唔會好羶，加左各種香料，好惹味，會令人忍唔住口一啖接一啖 🤤唔要Roll，轉左配炸薯條🍟 雖然非常邪惡，但薯條係即叫炸嘅粗薯條，外層好酥脆，內里薯蓉好綿滑，唔會好粉😋店鋪好細間，堂食位置唔多，但亦有唔少人排隊買外賣，味道一定有保證！👍🏻

I found this restaurant in June 2018 and when I ordered a Chicken Doner dish. It was absolutely fantastic and worth the try. It has a complete blend of Turkish spices and it's a Turkish foodie heaven. I'd absolutely recommend trying out their Chicken Doner dish. it's tasty and very instgrammable for all those photo enthusiasts.

上面係午餐餐牌，送罐裝汽水。如要由飯轉粗薯條要加15元,所以想食薯條不如叫另一張餐牌，無汽水送但就可以免費由飯轉做薯條。叫左雞肉卷牛肉飯轉左牛肉薯條羊肉飯加左10元有一個falafel，係炸的豆蓉。

11.12.15等了大半年, 終於有時間與好友, 相聚一刻. 當晚我做完gym, 他考完試, 就相約一起吃個卡巴卷.由9:45pm, 等到10:30pm, 他終於現身了. 這麼夜了, 其實我不應該再吃肉, 只可吃菜, 但難得可以和朋友一聚, 只可以豁出去, 吃完再喪做運動吧.好友點了一份印度春卷, 是一客四件的. 咖哩味道算不上是勁辣, 但春卷皮是蠻脆的. 好友超喜歡.Chicken Doner Roll ($55)以錫紙包裹著, 我特地叫侍應把它切為四件, 令大家吃得更方便. 此雞肉卡巴卷有白色的薄餅皮包著生菜, 蕃茄, 雞肉和洋蔥. 生菜, 蕃茄和洋蔥已一早塗滿味道清爽的白色醬汁, 令生菜和蕃茄增強爽脆感. 至於雞肉, 肉質軟腍卻緊緻, 咀嚼著, 滲出微辣的醬汁, 肉汁也不缺少. Lamb Shish Roll ($65)的食材, 和雞肉卡巴卷差不多, 只是這個卷所捲著的, 是羊肉. 羊肉卡巴卷內, 有生菜, 蕃茄, 羊肉和洋蔥. 然而, 這個卷內的醬汁份量比較多, 多到流了出來. 羊肉的羊膻味並不算過份濃烈, 羊肉質感是嫩滑的, 肉汁頗多, 而當中調味的辣汁, 甚為惹味哩.  誠

Boyfriend and I have walked by this little shop in Tsim Sha Tsui many times but every time it's full and it didn't seem like any one was ever going to leave. 今日無意地發現左呢間野食，入到去大約左4-5張台，200尺左右啦，其實係門口就可以睇到晒入面既畫面情況，當時間鋪頭無乜人既，得兩個waitress,朋友話想試下，於是就坐低試下啦，叫左雞肉飯和牛肉飯，枱上放左3枝唔同既醬汁,加左d 芥末汁度去，成碟飯更加好食，雞肉好滑，好有味食得出係新鮮既，而牛肉飯d牛就乾左小小，不太juice,兩者雞肉係好食d ge.下次可以再黎食過，味道同份量都岩岩好

這道菜可選薯菜或飯，我考慮到飯配咖喱汁挺好的，所以選了飯。咖喱汁味道香濃，羊肉剛好。肉質不太淋和不太韌，有些肉黏著像是根或軟骨之類的，口感不錯。加上可樂，挺好，不會太乾。只是小小的舖面，有點油煙味，如坐近門口或會好些，店主可改善抽風就更好。

27 Turkish Kebab is a teeny tiny little place along Ashley Road so it might not be easy to get a table if there's more than four of you. I don't know if they accept reservations (probably not, with a place this tiny), but it wouldn't hurt to try. 自從最近食完土耳其嘢，心血來潮想周圍試唔同餐廳既轉轉燒跟飯。上嚟openrice search過後諗住試呢間，放工之後去到尖沙咀亞士厘道，行下行下就搵到了。門口冇橫牌寫住餐廳名，只係喺側邊寫咗，同埋列咗幾樣signature菜式。間舖好細，得幾5、6張枱，坐到十零人左右。近門口除咗一張bar枱就有一張四人枱，對住馬路。落咗單之後，等咗約5分鐘就食得了。serve我的係一位中東人，態度幾好。我叫咗個beef doner跟飯。碟頭好大，份量十足。啲牛肉味道都ok，唔太濃烈；但肉質唔似我地平時食既牛肉，比較"林"，我喺第二間食過既都係咁；我心諗：莫非土耳其轉轉燒既牛肉全部都係咁？啲飯就好似唔夠油水撈咁，唔夠香；最大問題係唔夠熱。一路食，都見到有人嚟食同買外賣，我見多數人都點kebab roll。如果要快食又唔想食快餐又想試啲特別啲既嘢，下次我諗我會試下佢啲卷。都幾方便快捷既。

Yoga 後找野食，不知不覺地行到亞士厘道。選了好幾間都無心水。當行到一間土耳其菜，雨就開始下來，心想很久都沒有食土耳其roll，見間餐廳無乜人就進去。坐下點了lamb shish roll 加 falafel  plate. 5分鐘先來一蝶Falafel plate 當前菜，味道不錯。之後再來主菜 lamb shish roll，羊肉不so，肉質鮮嫩，加上自家製醬汁，真係 surprisingly good. 值得推薦。
