終於有機會幫襯得到呢一間粥舖(因為上兩次黎都無開門,真黑仔),早餐時間黎到,一個人食唔到好多野,所以只叫咗炸兩同豬潤粥,價錢比想像中貴,尤其是碗豬潤粥,成$35一碗,都真係有D貴,不過作為一間老店而且又成日有人排隊,佢D出品又真係幾好食嘅,當中最出名嘅就係佢個炸兩,皆因佢入面條油炸鬼竟然係脆嘅,印象中就算即叫即整都未切有脆嘅油炸鬼(除非佢連條油炸鬼都係即叫即炸啦),衣家$19就食到脆油炸鬼嘅炸兩真係無得頂呀。 continue reading

今日過來工作,完事已一時許,行過見咁多人排隊,反正午餐求其吃,咪來湊熱鬧囉⋯⋯正在等位之際,門外大大個餐牌,一目了然,已細選等待入座中⋯⋯一支公很快有位,一坐低便點餐蝦米腸粉$19~腸粉內,除有葱花外,蝦米大大粒,灑上芝麻,豉油,美味。皮蛋瘦肉粥$35.~粥底棉棉有米花,一讚!但這裡和一般的瘦肉粥不同,平時吃鹹瘦肉是醃好一大舊的,再將鹹瘦肉煲熟再撕開一絲絲的,但這店用上肉片,筆者比較傳統,感覺前者有下火功效⋯⋯但當然只是老派的感覺,並無實際數據支持⋯⋯瘦肉都幾多片有趣的是,刀功一氣呵成⋯⋯皮蛋足料,都有半隻之多。整體來說港島區這些老字號粥舖已買少見少,棉棉粥底,唯一美中不足是醃料重手左少少,吃粥後有點點口喝,但這些老店,筆者也覺得,值得支持。 continue reading

剛行完山,肚子咕咕叫,我同朋友閂咗入呢間餐廳,正!冇等位,坐低馬上叫咗碗皮蛋瘦肉粥同炸兩。粥口感絲滑得嚟又濃郁,皮蛋夠味,瘦肉又嫩,真係好夾😋!至於炸兩啊,豉油可能手滑咗少少,下次輕手啲就完美喇。油炸鬼唔算太脆,下一次希望可以即叫即炸,食落去咁先至過癮嘛!周圍望一望,見隔離檯嘅腸粉好似值得一試,下次一定要嚟挑戰下👀。坐喺度,感受到呢間嘅地道香港風味,啲阿姐服務勁忙亦都講嘢幾犀利,但呢度咁多人捧場,服務質素就算忍下又如何?食得開心就行喇!整體嚟講,呢度嘅衛生都做得唔錯,場地整潔,有種煥然一新嘅感覺🌟。咁平民價錢,食到咁嘅真材實料,下次行完山一定再光顧! continue reading
