福建版本,同潮州煎蠔餅無得比,前者比較水淋淋,後者乾身香口。前者用好多薑僻腥,蠔好多,都係用蛋同麵粉煎香,各有特色。

🥚滷肉加蛋
滷肉好入味,肥糕同肉分配得非常好,最重要係蛋同滷肉都好入味,撈飯一流。

🫕黑椒豬肚湯
呢個比較普通,可以點佢其他有特色嘅食物,例如花生湯、佢嘅包點等等。

The tofu was really firm tofu and quite salty too, both were delicious with the rice but I only had half of it to go with the rice because the taste was very strong.

I have not tried this before so I just ordered it and it was quite nice, they were probably pickled cucumbers or courgettes with pieces of pork.
The pickles were quite salty and delicious with the rice but probably tasted better when paired with congee.

I did not know what this was, but alot of people had it so I ordered it too.
The texture of the fish was really nice, it was flakey and similar to WHITING.
The fish was fully flavoured and quite salty which was perfect with the rice but the fish contains really fine soft bones.
The type of fish varies depending on what fish they have that day.

Walking down the busy market street, there is also a tram line so trams occasionally go past.
I had trouble locating this place because the Chinese characters at the front of the restaurant were different to the ones listed on OpenRice.

Anyway, finally found it and there were a few tables, the decor was slightly old.
Sat down and the menu was very simplistic too.

Tried the order those intestines stuffed with blood but they don't do them anymore, and tried to order the Taiwanese stir fried noodles but they did not have them either, so ordered the soup with intestines and savoury rice.

It reminded me of stir fried glutinous rice but it was made with normal rice which is not so heavy.

I just drank the soup and it was lovely and sweet because of the Chinese radishes.
There were lots of small diced Chinese radishes in the soup and the texture of the radishes were not too soft.

還沒有在真真失望過。還好福建小吃在香港不流行,不然這間店一定要排隊。跟大力女王幾乎快把餐牌吃一遍,不在餐牌上的亦然。很神奇的是可以繼續發覺沒吃過的美味---麵線糊,而且繼炒麵之後,這個一定會成為我的新歡。湯頭最棒!應該是以海鮮為主,吃得出甜味,但味道又比純海鮮湯濃郁,加了豬骨湯吧!料有蝦仁、炒過的蛋,提味又好吃。最厲害的是蚵!鮮甜到抵擋不了!端午將至,我已經開始到處吃粽。雖然已經很飽,還是央求大力女王跟我一起分享粽。沒想到大力女王比我還愛這個非常紮實的粽!餡料有香菇、肥豬肉、蛋黃,糯米先用黑胡椒炒過,香味四溢,很台味。唯一不同的是不是用蝦米而是用蝦乾,與台灣粽相較少了蝦米香。不過我吃粽不喜歡加甜辣醬,下次要早點說。麵線糊、肉粽、炒麵,三樣小菜,一枝可樂,買單104元,大力女王撐得快走不動。

還沒有在真真失望過。

還好福建小吃在香港不流行,不然這間店一定要排隊。

跟大力女王幾乎快把餐牌吃一遍,不在餐牌上的亦然。很神奇的是可以繼續發覺沒吃過的美味---麵線糊,而且繼炒麵之後,這個一定會成為我的新歡。

餡料有香菇、肥豬肉、蛋黃,糯米先用黑胡椒炒過,香味四溢,很台味。
唯一不同的是不是用蝦米而是用蝦乾,與台灣粽相較少了蝦米香。

再一次早晨時份來到這間小弟覺得全港數一數二最地道的福建小吃店。久未有來訪過,心裡甚是掛念....是日早上跟上趟一模一樣,又是吃碗蕃薯粥來清清腸胃。味道是十二份的清淡。平常吃得多有味粥如艇仔及皮蛋瘦肉作料的,今日來碗質地像潮州麋的東西,也是不錯....吃粥當然要有小吃來"送"。上次吃的是蛋角,今趟食到的又是蛋,不過這次加入了不少蠔仔進去,令蛋多了一份鮮甜。蠔仔本身沒太多沙,但較瘦削。質素不算特別的好...不夠喉,來多一個未曾試過的肉包。包算是軟熟,肉餡鮮度也足,而且亦夠熱。熱辣辣的包點,是永遠不會叫人失望的...一碗粥、一份小吃、一個包,加起來都只是二十塊錢,抵食到暈啦...

整理舊照,發現有幾張屬於此店,一於靠回憶來做食評。幾年前從集誌得知春秧街有間福建菜食店,再上op一看,所有評價都很正面,要試試了。有吃過炒麵線,材料豐富:蝦、豬肉、魚肉、菜等,做得乾爽不油膩,入口是鮃夾爽。五香卷,落單後即番煎熱上枱,咬下去味道帶一點臘腸似的,但外皮幾脆亦不算油膩。豬紅灌豬腸,如何把豬紅加入豬腸內實是無從得知,更想知道最早是誰發明這種吃法??牛肉更是那種和碗仔翅相類的質地,而它只有清清的數片牛肉和羗絲。咸飯:簡單美味而有家的感覺,魚乾、醃瓜、花生什豆再加點醬油撈均便成,淡淡咸香再加上魚乾花生等,有咬口亦能飽肚。最愛沙爹麵,帶杰的沙爹湯底配油麵,湯味香鮮且濃!其中當然有msg的作用,但基於偏心,我接受了它。再加上它的組合:不是蝦仔便是蠔仔、燕肉豬肉小棠菜,湯頭熱辣,吃時放些胡椒粉,不得了!
