七月份時帶一友人來吃午餐, MOP168吃到飽. 友人對東西的質素, 環境, 服務感到受寵若驚, 說一定要再來. 事隔六個月跟友人重臨舊地, 本來帶着興奮的心情卻給面前的一幕掃興了. 之前的餐牌被換了,開陽舒服的一層現已不在午餐時開放, 服務也不像以前那樣熱情細心. 帶着失望的心情也坐下來吃了一頓MOP148吃到飽的湯,沙律,甜點的午餐. 東西還是好吃的尤其是時次的南瓜湯, 但已沒有舒坦受寵若驚的感覺了. 經理告知這是管理層的決定, 我只能嘆息一句’為什麼呢’ 繼續閱讀

味道算系正宗!劃重點……分量好足……點2-3人嘅海鮮拼盤,入面有蝦、生蠔、龍蝦、青口……生蠔唔好覺得細個,味道超級鮮美;龍蝦系熟嘅,但冰凍左;蝦我自己無食,自己唔系好中意蝦,但都係熟蝦……仲有青口,肉唔大但都係好鮮美……下邊有四種調料:沙拉醬、千島醬、番茄醬、兩篇檸檬還點左份主廚推薦個有機蔬菜牛肉完全生食啊,薄薄嘅一片、鮮紅鮮紅,叉子一叉一卷、搭配檸檬同蘆筍,口感超級特別……完全無腥味,鐘意食生唔鐘意食生,都可以點,超級推薦……最後點左紅酒,都係經理推薦……呢度要講下,哈哈,服務員同大堂經理都係講英文嘅,少部分識講中文兩個人食咁多就7分飽啦,大胃王除外。坐標:澳門威尼斯人酒店1樓。 繼續閱讀

已經2年沒來澳門Portofino,之前的fig pizza 讓我印象深刻!已經好一陣子沒有無花果pizza,今天帶著2歲兒子單獨去餐廳,服務人員很親切和專業。位置寬廣,BB車可直接放在位子旁邊。點了烤鱈魚柳和4 cheese pizza! Pizza 餅皮軟硬適中功力了得!兒子吃了2塊。烤鱈魚柳實在讓我太感動!怎麼可以烤到鮮嫩多汁又不失鮮味!配菜一流整體搭配起來的口感讓人舒服。只是鱈魚柳的檸檬醬汁我吃不出特色。有點可惜。餐後送上馬卡龍和瑪德蓮,這兩個甜點是附送的吃起來普通。還有一杯加了酒的飲料,超好喝! 繼續閱讀

發現威記Portofino最近新推出seafood lunch buffet..同左屋企人試...只係逢星期六中午11:30至3:00先有..438+..如果鐘意食海鮮...好抵~有超粗長腳蟹..仲有鵝肝...熱盤唔多..海鮮燴飯好食...有其他沙律, cold cuts, pizza, 牛呀等等~生果竟然有金奇異果甜品都好好食~同場仲有表演睇,有驚喜希望可以keep住水準如果做埋dinner就仲好 繼續閱讀

This is the Italian restaurant located in Venetian, Cotai Macau, and when first arriving I am sure you would find the four scooters parked in front interesting. No wonder my brother-in-law quickly jumped onto one and took a photo. We were then led to the upper floor where the environment gave me a good first impression, with warm lighting, good space between tables, and also overlooking the open kitchen where the chefs are busy preparing for the dinner.With four of us this time we were able to sample more dishes. For starters we had the Vongole al Cartoccio, which are clams with white wine and garlic baked in parchment paper. With the juice of the clams retained by this cooking process, it added extra flavors and sweetness to the clams, paired perfectly with the sauce. The clams were all of good size, fresh and tender.Another appetizer we got was Vongole stile Portughese, which is Portuguese style clams sauteed with chorizo, garlic and white wine. Though similar in ingredients, the flavors are comparable not as good as the other clam dish. The chorizo gave its signature taste to the dish but we all rated the baked clams were far superior.We each ordered our own soup, with me going for the Minestrone alla Genovese. I cooked this soup many times at home and so I wanted to see whether this one can surpass mine. A good soup certainly, with plenty of vegetables, though I have to say it did not have sufficient pesto, which in my opinion is the essence for the soup.My sister-in-law had the Cioppino, a thick soup made from shrimps, clams, mussels, fish fillet, white wine and fresh tomato. She regarded the soup as too salty and despite the waiter diligently asked the chef to add more stock to dilute, overall it was still too overpowering for her liking. My brother-in-law had the Zuppa di Cavolfiore, the cream of cauliflower, with broccolini coulis and crispy pancetta.From the grill we ordered the Bistecca di Wagyu M7, the grilled Australian Wagyu M7 sirloin, and even though I did not sample, from the feedback of the others it seemed it was very well-prepared, with the beef juicy and nice, cooked to perfection.For pasta we had the Tagliarini con Ricci di Mare e Bottarga, a tagliarini with sea urchin, mullet bottarga and sun dried tomato. A decent pasta which I did not have much comment.On the main I had the Dentice Rosso alla Ligure, baked whole snapper with taggiasca olives, capers, tomatoes, potatoes and white wine. Unfortunately this was the worst dish on the night, with the snapper having a bit of muddy taste and the flavors from the other ingredients not particularly well-harmonized. Quite a disappointment if you ask me.To fill our stomach we also had a Capricciosa pizza, with mozzarella, cooked ham, mushrooms, artichokes, black olives, spicy sausages and tomatoes. The crust was crispy and the ingredients were a perfect combination to make the pizza both enjoyable and filling.On the night we also ordered two bottles of wine, a Ceretto Blange and a Il Poggione Rosso di Montalcino, With a 10% discount coming from the VIP card from the casino, the total bill was $3022, which was surprisingly inexpensive considering the setting and the amount of food we ordered.
