Waffling beans，一看名字就猜想一定是主打賣甜品 waffle的，想不到午餐和飲品也十分有水準! 中午時分來到，客人不多。看看menu，食物種類也真不少由前菜、小食、主菜到甜品一應俱全。點了set lunch的Green plus+ 無肉素食窩夫 $116先試左下的waffle，帶微微蜂蜜香味，不算鬆軟，也不屬香脆類型，略嫌偏乾。側邊伴有cherry tomato salsa同吃。左上方的waffle則厚厚地鋪滿hummus和牛油果碎鷹嘴豆泥調味做得好，與waffle同吃好味baby spinach十分新鮮，poached egg也做得很perfect整體感覺很fresh，不愧是GREEN plus附送甜品 咖啡啫哩一客，可惜味道苦而澀，恐怕是忘記了下糖餐飲加$15 轉 凍玫瑰紅菜頭鮮奶玫瑰紅色十分夢幻紅菜頭味道很清新! 伴隨淡淡玫瑰香味，喝得出是真材實料鮮打果汁! 為這頓午餐畫上完美句號

Sunday 1pm, brunch time, feeling like waffles... go there, sit down and spend a good 15mns trying to decide what waffle to order... just to be told "sorry no waffles" . Come on.... no waffles in a waffle shop on a sunday, could have at least told us this when we got in!

My friend and I decided to try this little hole in the wall as it seemed nice enough. We ordered the hearty waffle and the Açaí bowl. My dish (the hearty waffle) arrived before my friend’s did and unfortunately, her açaí bowl never came. Considering we were the first people to arrive that morning, it shouldn’t have been hard to put together a bowl with some cold fruits and grains! 星期六，一起身，落勁大雨，諗緊仲去唔去一早book定，位於堅尼地城呢間好chill嘅cafe。但，落雨又有乜好怕喎，於是出發食好西！一入去就俾一張放喺枱面waffle小櫈仔吸引住。叫左Salmon Scramble、3 Amigas Burgers、一杯Mocha同一杯Cold Brew。Mocha OK，冇乜特別。Salmon Scramble，煙三文魚配炒蛋配waffles再加黑松露，好香，waffles聽聞係廚師特登去比利時學整嘅，食起黎咸咸地有黑椒味，配合本身係咸嘅食物非常match。台灣黎嘅咖啡豆沖出黎嘅Cold Brew落左冰，味道溝淡左。3 Amigas Burgers三姊妹窩夫漢堡，餡料係牛油果加炸雞，配埋waffles做漢堡真係幾特別！都係嗰句，waffles係做得好出色。旁邊仲有Coleslaw Salad做配菜，好肥，都係忍忍口唔好食晒。總括黎講，waffles比咖啡較為出色。堅尼地城小店，加油！

星期五的晚上，因養有寵物狗，而在西環堅尼地城雖然有很多各地菜式嘅食店，但可同時讓食客及寵物一同坐低進餐卻很少，此店是其中一間，而且更是屋企對面，反正住喺度咁耐都未幫襯過，就試一次啦！此店主打窩夫及意粉，而且收費都算「乸脷」！所以雖然在週五晚七時呢個黄金時間都冇乜客（加埋本人都只得兩枱）食物種類其實不少，但除了意粉及少部份肉食外，差不多咸、甜食物均加有窩夫，點了一個炸雞肉蕃茄茸窩夫+沙律菜，味道尚可，炸雞肉有點像「家x雞」，但菜色賣相不差，價格則見人見智（98蚊），但飲品卻有意外驚喜~玫瑰梳打（48蚊），清爽帶甜，值得一試，全男班侍應， 有禮貌有笑容， 為這間餐廳掙回不少分數， 整體來說餐廳值80分!

堅尼地城地鐵通車，點與線之間，連系起很多美食。近海旁處，沿路開設大大小小的cafe，晚上或許會更熱鬧，中午去，選一間，卻能一坐幾個小時。waffling beans位於北街，近地鐵，向海有風。裝潢簡樸中帶點復古的韻味，室內外均設坐位。去cafe意在渡日閒聊，環境舒適是重中之重，次取飲料質素。最近偏愛紫薯的味道，而它的紫薯latte,口感軟滑，味道濃郁，在嘗過的紫薯味甜品中排得上號。餐點選了軟殼蟹burger，特別在外層不是漢堡包，是窩夫，精彩的是薯條的配醬，很容易讓人停不了口。窩夫是賣點，試了M Rated indulgence，說是有酒，沒嘗到酒味，但這不妨礙它醬料的特色，配上鬆軟的窩夫，值得一試。整體來說，這是下午茶的上選，加上服務員很是親切。若是天氣晴好，一切便恰度好處。

呢間係我生日首選，係的紅菜頭沙律令我好深刻，味道微微地，讓我開胃，而佢地的白汁煮青口，很好味，好白好濃，點waffles 食，我大愛。卡邦尼意粉好creamy,我覺得好有美國色彩，呢間餐廳惟一吾好係要每人叫一杯野飲，其餘都好好。環境舒適，寧靜，食物質素很高。

來到這一間位於西環的cafe，位置不太明顯，門口大大隻字寫著Waffling Beans來到這裡，本身想吃出名的窩夫，但是店員跟我們說有新的menu，所以我們就改試了古巴三文治($128)了古巴style幾好食，佢用左古巴傳統麵包配上豬肉，中間夾雜左黃芥末同芝士，隻味好突出😆😆😋!仲有沙律做配菜，味道都好好兩個女仔Share有少少唔夠食，所以我地兩個再叫左飲品我地叫左玫瑰紅菜頭鮮奶($50)仲有紫著鮮奶($50)我想講紅菜頭鮮奶真係好好好好好好味❤️❤️❤️鮮搾既佢有少少渣有少少玫瑰花瓣，但係味道都仍然好濃味好適合紅菜頭迷！而紫著鮮奶味道都好濃，都推薦大家試試

Its girls night! 想搵一個舒服方便傾計既地方食野~專登唔揀銅鑼灣灣仔果d,因為唔想要又限時又service 唔好又無空間傾唔到計既地方。不如去遠d搵美食😆堅尼地城站B出口直行5分鐘就到！方便👍星期五7:30pm到,唔太滿！可以周圍坐~*Corn nuggets and paprika chips----幾特別,好似甜既nugget😅 *Holy crab waffle burger ----正！軟殼蟹夾波蘿夾waffle! Perfect friday afternoon.我最欣賞Double Waffle Burger. 既新奇又好味 原來beef patty 同 熱辣辣waffle 好夾! 雖然食得有d messy 試埋兩個甜品！strawberry 唔會太甜，不錯！好鍾意 Seven Heaven！有花生醬 好香！雪糕好食！perfect after burger.我地仲試左三杯飲料 咖啡不錯，有水平. This gorgeous waffle here was one of the best i've ever had, and i've travelled around belgium! Crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, it was an amazing tasty experience. Great combination with the banana and ice cream. Service was fantastic, everything i ordered came quickly. also serve by far the best coffee i've had in HK. highly recommend the drip. the owner is a lovely fella who clearly enjoys what he does, taking the time to have a chat and explain the origins of the coffee beans.h

The bacon and banana waffle was Increeeediiblee in deed! The flavor of sweet and salty is just a perfect balance. Also sweet waffles at the waffling bean whichever you pic they are going to be amazing. The restaurant uses their own belgian waffle recepie which it is like eating a waffle in Belgium. Deffinitley come and try these. Highly recommended!
