聘請意大利人作為主廚。pizza餅底,薄但好有咬口。裝修風格簡約而溫馨,帶有意大利鄉村風情,設有半開放式廚房,客人可以觀看廚師製作披薩的過程。以新鮮柔軟的Burrata為亮點。 芝士控嘅我,叫咗Burratina Pizza切開後濃郁奶香流出,口感細膩。  搭配番茄醬、新鮮聖女果、羅勒葉、橄欖油,突出芝士的原味。  忌廉雞肉貓耳朵粉,奶香與番茄的酸甜交織,小巧有嚼勁的貓耳朵粉,巴馬臣芝士咸香提味,羅勒點睛之筆,好清新~慢煮醬燒牛肋骨低溫慢煮使肉質酥爛,入口即化。烤薯,外皮金黃酥脆,內里綿密香甜。𝗧𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗨 甜而不膩,微苦的咖啡酒香,為呢餐加上句號。店鋪在長沙灣D2商場,入面有好多文青店鋪、遊戲機鋪,食飽之後散步逛街!一舉兩得! 繼續閱讀

星期日同老公睇完戲,見到附近有The Pizza Pig就入左去試下蒜香蜆肉意粉平時好鐘意食蜆肉意粉,所以就嗌左一份試下。可以味道麻麻,唔算香口,意粉唔太入味,份量亦唔算多。有小小失望炸豬皮pizzapizza有三個size,我地嗌左最細果個,有六塊。都算幾好味,但老公話有啲似pizza hut既pizza。薯條最後加左份薯條薯條炸得好脆同熱辣辣,好大份好好食總結而言兩個main dishes都唔算好突出,下次可能未必會幫襯。 繼續閱讀

The spicy salami brought a bold kick of heat that pairs beautifully with the melted mozzarella and black olives.🍝 chicken Florentine orecchiette The orecchiette pasta is perfectly al dente, its cup-like shape capturing the creamy sauce in every bite. Fresh spinach adds a burst of color and a slight bitterness. The tender chicken pieces are generously portioned. Juicy cherry tomatoes provide a refreshing pop of sweetness, while the shaved parmesan on top adds a salty, nutty finish that ties the dish together.🍗fried chicken strips Each strip boasts a golden-brown, crunchy coating that delivers a satisfying crackle with every bite.
