CBC $65The Big Bite $49(好食指數: 8/10)CBC同the big bite同屬一類burger，分別在於多左塊煙肉同芝士。 包面乾身但唔難咬，入面有一塊好juicy既牛肉，食落口d汁湧出黎！見廚房燒既時候燒到起火，皆因加左少少黑椒落去夠哂惹味。Chilli Cheese Fries Set $42(好食指數: 6.5/10)薯條餐包括一杯汽水。淋上少少肉醬汁同芝士，醬仲撈有腰豆，可惜都仲係杰d比較乾身，芝士唔多流。薯條炸得脆，要即刻食，避免d汁搞到佢淋哂。Buffalo Wings $45(好食指數: 7.5/10)雞翼有分唔同辣既程度，叫左medium辣度。醬汁又酸又辣，好滋味。食得辣既朋友仔可選更辣， 另外再沾埋酸醬， 味道會更強烈。建議星期二晚去叫支啤酒，雞翼就會減價到$3/隻。

Friend and I decided to try Big Bite because there's always a lot of people lining up and it's always packed. We went on tuesday because they have a special on buffalo wings for $3. We ordered a Big Bite burger and a Cheeseburger. The meat was crap and the bun was crap. I dont really know how it constitutes as a burger if they couldn't get either of them right. (I'm not here to eat lettuce and onions and the meat and bun is just something on the side.) If  you cant do buns and meat patty right.

圖中所見到嘅美食全部都係我至愛，每次去Big Bite都必叫。上: 炸魚薯條配他他醬 - 魚柳細細槐肉質結實唔係龍脷似石斑之類，炸漿適中外脆內仍保留肉汁。左: 水牛雞翼 - 雞中翼面佈滿醃汁經烤焗後辣椒味好出仲帶少少酸，雞翼肉質嫩滑，旁邊有西芹條同白汁。中：磿菇汁薯條 - 薯條只有粗身最夾濃郁嘅磿菇汁同溶晒嘅芝士， 汁內有大量磿菇片， 好味到停唔到口。右：珍寶辣腸磿菇汁熱狗 - 熱狗有兩個size，兩個人share珍寶size最好。 收order後即放腸、熱狗包喺烤爐上燒烤， 不時見火光熊熊。 完成後將腸、酸瓜、洋葱等配料夾喺包裡面，放上芝士淋上熱辣辣嘅磿菇汁。 旁邊有自助調味吧，可自由添加喜愛醬汁同配料。餐廳氣氛輕鬆，適合三五知己邊食邊聊天。 我大半年前(未有超級巨聲之前)喺度見過新歌王Fred鄭俊宏添呀。

I ordered the BBC (cheese and back bacon).This was one square of processed cheese and a very small rash of bacon. Beef patty was very small, no bigger than 4oz.Burger was probably over cooked for my preference and didn't seem sufficiently seasoned. Most dissapointing by far was the bun. 朋友介紹呢度食buffallo wing 好正，特登過去試下，不過附近冇得泊車＞＜鋪仔細細，坐滿曬人，好多都係外國人，其實都幾迫架，得一條巷仔比人出入，但格局裝修都幾有美式風格嘅~適逢星期二,買一支啤酒就可以$3一隻雞翼（6隻一份）我呢支係berries味，我朋友嘅係hazelnut 味，其實d味唔出，不過好易入口，食辣野好夾！因為我唔鐘意好苦果d啤酒！佢地分1-10級辣左上： hot （4級） 我覺得呢個最好食，tobasco 好夠！左下： honey garlic 好juicy好甜右上： 芝士烤汁薯條 好夠味！右下： medium (3級） 都唔錯，不過我覺得hot好食d~食到咁上下覺得冇乜料到，加碼叫左個Suicide （5級）真係自殺！點解差一級可以辣咁多.....佢既辣係點飲野都解唔到果隻！食左兩隻頂唔順~~哈哈......Overall 佢d野係幾好食，一班fd黎開餐幾開心！會再黎試佢其他野~~

記得小時候, 功課上總會提到 my favourite party food同學們不是填 fishball, 就是填 chicken wings但我卻從不愛吃雞翼因為我不愛吃軟骨, 所以每次都只吃中間的肉骨頭兩端的肉總會剩下既然自己明知這麽「冇衣食」, 就索性不吃所以我該有好幾年沒有放過1隻雞翼入肚得悉 THE BIG BITE 有 chicken wings night,就帶愛好雞翼的朋友去享受一番只要order一枝啤酒 (約$42) 就可以優惠價每隻雞翼3蚊, 叫多少隻也可以我們叫了3種口味的雞翼,味道真的很不錯, 連不吃雞翼的我, 也每種口味都品嚐了!特別是 honey garlic, 又甜又香, 值得推介!至於招牌的buffalo wings 真的非常特別, 又酸又帶少許辣, 十分惹味!雖然我個人十分喜歡, 不過我相信不是每個人都接受到這種奇特的味道另外我們也要了 CBC (芝士漢堡包) 和加 $28跟餐的 Poutine (芝士烤汁薯條)和汽水burger 也很美味, 不過沒有驚喜.至於 poutine 則不太好, 醬汁沒甚麽特別加上我個人還是愛吃香脆的薯條所以不太喜歡醬汁浸

熊大兔兔最近經常品嚐美食，不過要數印象難忘，就一定唔少得The Big Bite的Honey Garlic Buffalo Wings喇！小店坐位不多，但裝修予人輕鬆的西洋風，大大的紅磚牆和黑板好搶鏡，場內仲坐滿happy hour的人~The Big Bite 主打Burger, 份量的確好大，可以大大啖咁食！Signature Big Bite Burger的牛肉烤得好香，蔬菜亦非常爽口！超多醬的Slurpy Jane就仲大件，雞扒配芝士好好味！麵包仲有濃濃的香草味呀~Burger係好味，但太大件比較難keep溫暖，相比起來，新鮮出爐的Honey Garlic Buffalo Wings真係無得彈！雞翼炸得酥脆不油膩，入口更是超juicy! Honey Garlic sauce 很夠甜，根本不用點旁邊的sour cream~ 食完雞翼，食埋條西芹就清曬熱氣的感覺！雞翼另外仲有多款口味，有辣有唔辣，下次一定再試！買Burger另外可以加薯條同汽水餐，有不同醬汁可選，tates n cream都唔錯！下次想試cheese~ 汽水可以免費添飲，唔怕食到口乾~

My wife and i just came to your restaurant today. We were looking forward to a good burger and wings. Yet, we were greeted with a terrible experience... first, we went there at 12:15. I heard The Big Bite has very good burgers and poutine so I drop by and ordered a cheese burger combo, with poutine and ice tea, plue 6 honey garlic wings. This shop has Canada flag all over and I am from Canada myself.All I can say is, the foods are nothing like hometown. Well, the burger is better than A&W, but if you are looking for Wendy's quality, you will be disappointed. 多年來都是Big Bite 的fans. 今次是最差的體驗.假日晚上8時多店內只有近門口的一枱人客, 看來是Senior的菲籍朋友. 他見到我進店微微點頭就繼續招呼該枱客人.Cashier由兩名年輕少女打點,可能沒有太多人客罷,兩人正在玩手機. 我也有點不好意思打擾他們,快快點了Poutine外帶便坐在一旁等候.不久另一位年輕人也從open kitchen走到cashier, 三人又繼續玩手機.我也不是很趕時間,便番開短篇小說看靜心等候. 時間過了15分鐘,三人仍然維持在Cashier位置,一點動靜也沒有.看來有點不對勁,便動身走向三人想查問一下,此時少女終察覺忘了我的order,趕著從油鍋中取出薯條.... 看樣子起碼有7成的薯條已overcooked了!! 少女還裝作若無其事的把薯條放進外帶盒中,這時我已忍不著跟她說我不能接受'極炸'薯條,請重新做給我.她看了看也接受了我的要求,重新處理,但過程中一點'抱歉,我做錯了'的意思也沒有.這次不用5分鐘就完成了,可惜還是漏給我餐具,幸好離店不遠,還可折返再取.這時Senior終於返回崗位.亦是一句Sorry也沒說過!薯條比以往的幼身亦較短

漢堡包對香港人一定不陌生。我記得小時候第一次接觸漢堡包是在麥當勞。去到美國的時候，Burger King 或是Wendy's 的漢堡包當然比麥當勞的更美味。但在香港要找到更美味的漢堡包非銅鑼灣的Burgeroom 莫屬。 最近在Openrice 找到一間美式漢堡包店在北角，原來這店在搬遷前已獲不少好評，現在搬遷後的店舖比較大，裝修有特色。我就趁要找男友吃午餐的時候去了，這次我的男buddy 也一起去（做電燈炮吧...）。一進去，右邊的牆壁有數個仿標本的動物公仔。左邊有兩塊大黑板，寫了一些關於餐廳的菜式，例如Buffalo Wild Wings，Hot Dogs，All Day Breakfast。這裏還有Free Wifi呢！ 本來想和男友Share Big Bites 和All Day Breakfast，但原來只在週末才有All Day Breakfast，太失望了。我們最後點了Big Bites 和Slurpy Jane，而男Buddy 就點了Bak Goo！ Big Bites （1/3 燒烤漢堡）傳統的漢堡包配生菜和番茄，可自行加醬汁。一咬漢堡，肉汁就流出來，不像快餐廳般的乾

星期二理應是個苦悶的日子,昨天上過堂,明天又要上班,今晚要好好的對待自己,但又不想窮奢極侈.. BF同我同一時間諗起BIG BITE!首先地點好方便,基本上就是北角A1出口轉右走走過一個街口後就走幾步就是了!menu以供參考除了享受食物之如,價錢對我來說是很重要的因素, 價廉物美是我的追求等了一會兒,食物終於來啦CBC burger ($59)一個BURGER, 內有Sweet onion, cheese, tomato, pickles, juicy beef, crispy bacon, 沙律醬等.. 一咬, 盡是肉汁,感覺好似咬緊小籠包! mushroom poutine (+37 with a burger, a drink included)相比起new york fries, 這個少了點cheese & gravy! mushroom倒是很足夠,可能我喜歡重口味吧!建議於7分鐘內把它吃完,因為變凍後芝士不再絲連絲重點! 因為是日是星期二的關係, buffalo wings只售$3!!! 一口氣點了25隻雞翼,(似乎對心臟造成了負擔),但實在太滿足啦! 左下角的是honey

Walking into the big bite on a saturday afternoon, I noticed a sign outdoors saying all day breakfast served till 6pm on weekends.
