奉勸各位去呢間餐廳要小心！！今日去呢間餐廳，因為上網見佢環境幾好，諗住入南丫島試吓，而我哋有外帶蛋糕，問咗職員佢話$120切餅費，埋單嘅時候發現佢係計人頭收，即係我哋3個人佢收咗我哋$360，但個職員完全冇同我哋講過喺人頭收切餅費，完全勁唔合理！之後我們再問佢哋，佢就話係佢哋manager話咁收，理論期間 餐廳manager（長頭金髮 百人女人） 當然一律係話佢有講啦，但係我哋好明顯係冇聽到佢係有講到計人頭，問返佢餐廳有冇白紙黑字寫到明嘅Policy，佢自知理虧主動話退返錢俾我哋，言語間 話我哋英文聽唔明佢講咩 然後話我哋叫得少嘢食，所以呢個就係你嘅理由係可以亂咁收費？ 就算我只係叫兩樣嘢食 都唔代表你係可以亂咁收費。Be careful if you plan to visit this restaurant!Today, I went there because I saw online that the environment looked nice, so I wanted to try it out on Lamma Island. Today, I went there because I saw online that the environment looked nice, so I wanted to try it out on Lamma Island. We brought our own cake and asked the staff about the cake-cutting fee. They told us it was $120, but when we got the bill, they charged us $360 for three people—charging per person, not per cake. The staff never mentioned it would be charged per head, which is totally unreasonable!
When we questioned them, they said it was their manager’s policy. During the discussion, the manager (a tall woman with long blonde hair) insisted she had told us, but none of us remember hearing this. We asked if there was any written policy, and she immediately offered to refund us, which made it clear she knew she was wrong. She also said maybe we didn’t understand her English, and commented that we didn’t order enough food. But that’s no excuse to charge us extra—no matter how much we order, you can’t just make up fees.
