全自費Happened to cross my life with Suphia's since last November, when she held a booth at the Fitness and Wellness Expo. Last weekend, she was at the event again, and we tried the rainbow raw cake which was so delicious with so many different flavor in one bite. Organic Strawberry, organic bilberry, organic Acai berry , organic pinapple, organic mango, butterfly pea , organic matcha, mixed nuts , organic coconut ,  organic coconut oils, coconut cream, organic stevia and cashew nut. Wow! The list is certainly long!We also bought takeaways functional bars that can be stored in freezers for 12 months! Today taking a day in at home after sore leg day from yesterday, I have decided to pretty not do anything much. Feeling a bit hungry after lunch, I immediately found out the bars in the freezer. Took out "Beauty skin wild berry", and the ingredients are organic cashew, organic Medjool Date, Coconut, organic coconut Oil, Raspberry, Acai, Baobab, Wild Red Currant, wile bilberries, Wild Loganberries,  wild blackberries, wild strawberries,  white mulberries and Himalayan salt. As these bars are kept in freezers, it's a perfect snack for summer seasons. Instead of ice cream which can contains a lot of sugary ingredients, snack bars like Suphia's can be alternative and healthier options. 繼續閱讀
