This is by far the worst subway in all of HK!I just came to buy lunch to myself and my kids on the Sunday.1. The workers has the worst attitude; they don’t say anything to you or greet. They just stare at you blankly and expect you to say something.2. Had no tomatoes and expect you to pay the same price, without giving you any additional salads.3. When taking the bread out of the oven and the microwave, the worker just through my sandwiches on the bench ready for the salads. She clearly did not have any service mentality, even though the I am looking over the making of the lunch.4. Asked for all salads and NO chilli for my kids sandwich. In the end there was a lot of chilli/jalepenos…my kids couldn’t eat it…I would not recommend this branch at all…I clearly recommend the Sheung Wan Subway - friendly, accomodating and always with a smile. Totally opposite with this Wan Chai branch.Would not come back again. I would rather take a longer trip to go to Sheung Wan for a happier experience.

呢間晏晝時段多人,晏晝時段做嘢嘅係慢手腳啲。收工時段嘅年輕人手腳就快啲。可以儲印仔:每六吋正常嘅餐牌上面叫就會有一個印。5個10個都有嘢送。至於嘢食就新鮮蔬菜低油，鹽分較多，不過好味。

The ladies work at the subway has bad attitude. I visited 2 times but experienced their lack of professionalism and lack of respect to the customers. Due to this is near to my office and I want to eat subway usually but I will say big no for this shop. Always they have rude behaviour. I asked them to chop the coupon the first time the lady was saying me the different rule than I ask her to call manager and she realised her mistake but next time the other staff denied me to chop they do not know how to service the customer. A big no to the shop

行過subway，突然間就走咗入去，諗起近排食咗好多肥膩嘢，諗住懶健康一下，食個沙律。 一入到去，見到好多菜可以揀，最後order左生菜底加咗啲蕃茄，墨西哥辣椒，同埋芝士係面，蜜糖芥茉醬，最後加多塊烤雞扒，諗住簡簡單單。不過呢一間subway嘅店員比較有態度愛你不理咁樣。有少少十問九唔應嘅感覺。沙律正常發揮，啲菜都算新鮮，食落口都算爽脆，蕃茄爽口，至少唔會淋晒流晒汁咁樣，不過份量就比想像中少。如果正常食lunch未必夠。
