要飽肚一點的話,最簡單之選擇便莫過於來一份Full English Breakfast。一看便知是很基本的全英式傳統"全早"的陣容 ---- 煙肉、太陽蛋、茄汁豆、肉腸、蕃茄及炒蘑菇等材料自然是必備的。每一款做出來的水準亦是相當不俗 :-煙肉是煎香至微脆但不過硬;太陽蛋的蛋黃味帶甘甜,不錯;茄汁豆用了另一個小有柄不銹鋼的容器盛着,温度是仍能保持之餘混入了不少chorizo的它是當了一份鹹與香;肉腸沒有預期中的肉香,算是較遜色的一環;蕃茄是新鮮多汁的;蘑菇經爆炒後香味四溢,入口香甜極之惹味;傳統英式的black pudding則像是在吃帶有麵包質感的血腸一般,口感獨特...

推薦太太試一下這裡的班尼迪蛋。未吃之先看見蛋黃那嬌艷欲滴及漲卜卜的形態已是引死人了
。用刀輕輕一切底下蛋黄頓時卜的一聲已爆裂開來,視覺方面的效果是極之澎湃;吃落蛋黃與蛋白皆又香又滑,再配合熱至半溶的芝士吃更是香氣十足十。縱然是邊吃邊感罪咎也覺值得的
;除了蛋之外還有幾片煙三文相伴,魚油十足的它甚覺軟嫩豐腴,脂肪層一間間的甚分明,一看便知是好貨色;墊底的多士雖邊位偏硬但芝蔴味濃。用來伴蛋汁來吃也是恰可....

餐廳職員有西人亦有本地人,個經理之後同我地傾計,問我地點解會揀呢到,呢間餐廳服務好環境好食物更

一流,希望有機會可以再黎!不過我覺得貴左d,不過得閒食返餐好既都唔錯!(除左個包之外><")其實分量真係好少,飲埋杯酒先剛剛好,不過唔食甜品lu,打台風要返屋企

While me and my husband still deciding to have dinner or not just after a buffet tea time. We went for a walk from Pacific place all the way through to IFC . Then here we are, in front of St.Betty. We had an amazing dinner even though we're still quit stuffed by the food from tea time. The restaurant ambience is really relaxing. We were offered to sit on the banquet, since I'm pregnant. Even though we're not seating by the window , we can still see the view.The manager approach us and told us t

Our meal finally arrived, the steak looked perfect!! The manager present to us first and then it was send back to the kitchen to be cut.

In house aged for 14 days. Cooked in the Jopser oven, very smokey flavour. (30 mins waiting time)

A very nice bottle of red to go with the meal

End up didn't finish the meal. Next time will come in with an empty stomach and leave room for dessert.

Service: the staff were very nice and attentive!
Definitely will come back and try the other food.

本来諗住去四季High tea,等3大半個鐘都冇位, 就轉了来呢間st betty環境唔錯,望住個維港High tea冇得叫半份我地三個人唯有大家share冇凍朱古力叫了熱朱古力有棉花糖, 味道夠濃唔錯奶茶0k, 杯碟都幾靚雲呢嗱奶昔嘛嘛地另叫七十蚊英式三層tea set三文治有三文魚普通喇小型鬆餅餅0K甜點我覺得唔錯好食外脆內軟我鐘意好似D cream咁, 好食女仕覺得好甜我就覺得好食三層食完之後,你可選一層喜歡的再食一次梗係要再食一次甜點喇

Highly anticipated visit to St Betty because of Shane Osborn of Pied A Terre fame (my favourite restaurant in London - 2 Michelin stars when he was patron/chef). The hamachi ceviche was to die for, the 21st Century Egg was such a surprise and perfectly gooey on the inside. The pan fried seabass was amazing too. The desserts were lovely too. Extra shoutout for the delicious home made bread, crunchy, airy and tasty. All in all the experience was great. Shane Osborn hasn't been here for long but in the short time he has managed to change St Betty into something special. Will definitely be back!

After being recommended the new menu at St Betty's (in the ifc mall) by Shane Osborne and team at following on from dining his previous 2* London Charlotte St restaurant I was very pleased. Firstly the perfect table overlooking the central Harbour followed by champagne and a recommended cocktail by one of the lovely waiting staff. Main course was slow roasted lamb neck with a cumin and aubergine puree with roasting jus with olives, red pepper and garlic heart. For dessert we had the passionfruit souffle as above and a lychee and Yuzo posset. Overall experience was amazing, I was really excited by the food and was not too full after, all dishes seemed light, tasty, on budget for sure and I will be going back for afternoon tea for sure! 小弟曾經在開業不久時,受邀來到試菜,後來也曾來吃過早餐,兩次的評價皆是正面。有很多人對Kitschen一詞甚有意見,是否串錯字?其實只是Kitsch與Kitchen兩字合併,成為玩味甚濃的Kitschen,才產生美麗的誤會。

以前Bettys Kitschen的雞尾酒,有著不俗的評價,這杯Pineapple Mojito,以菠蘿,青檸,薄荷,冧酒,黑醋調較而成,酒精度不大強,菠蘿的甜味與青檸味突出,同時亦保留著冧酒的香。

新人事,新作風,有些人說過Bettys Kitschen的風格太過複雜,改名之後,餐牌內容與上年來訪的時候大有出入,沒有很多歐陸入口,反而多了一份亞洲風情,頗多食材是來自日本,還有選用的蔬菜,不再依賴外地,一切就地取材。

正如賣相精美的頭盤Spanner crab and soft shell crab, salad of raw butternut squash, water chestmuts and yuzu。中間的炸軟殼蟹香脆不油膩,底下以蛋黃醬襯托著,旁邊拆成絲的加菲蟹肉,實在鮮甜。配菜為馬蹄,南瓜片,南瓜子,還加上柚子,雖然用料多,但味覺上並沒有出現亂子,感覺清爽開胃。

煎鵝肝人人都會做,就是當人人都去做同一件事,怎樣可以做得多一點?做得好一點?Seared foie gras,endive and orange marmalade,pecan nuts and semi-dried grapes。鵝肝份量厚,質素佳,火喉恰好,內裡保留著粉紅色,入口甘香軟滑,當大家都以水果為伴,這裡就以用橘子醬煮成的苦苣,作為鵝肝配菜,還加上胡桃,提子乾,同樣有中和鵝肝肥膩的效果,而且不會感覺太單調。

主菜為Herbs-crusted breast of black leg chicken,salt baked celeriac,eringi mushrooms,mustard greens and black truffle。這道菜用上法國走地黑腳雞,雞胸肉去皮取中心部份,外層塗上香草,雞胸肉質嫩滑鬆軟,香草味道清新,配菜選用比較本地的杏鮑菇,切成絲後以醋來煮,不論是口感與味道,有點像吃麵條,在菇絲面頭還加上黑松露片,實行中西合璧,得出來效果是不錯,誰也不搶去誰的鏡頭。

雞肉下的配菜,口感味道很像白蘿蔔,真身為鹽焗的芹菜根,清新爽甜多汁,整道菜找不到可批評的地方。

另一款主菜是意粉Homemade spaghetti with Cloudy Bay clams,roasted tomato and red onion fondue lemon thyme。麵條是手造,較平常吃到的幼細,掛汁力一樣強。

結尾的甜品是內外兼備的Dark chocolate mousse,chocolate crumbs,salted peanut ice cream and fresh cherries。香滑,濃甜中帶甘苦的朱古力慕絲,加上朱古力crumbs,軟滑的花生雪糕,再吃一口新鮮車厘子,這才是圓滿的一頓晚餐。

在香港地,兩個人吃一頓面目模糊的西餐,一千幾百視作等閒,挾著倫敦米芝蓮二星的銜頭,價錢會否是天文數字?St Betty的頭盤平均二百,主菜三百多,甜品一百多,吃個澳州和牛最貴,$508。結合地段,環境,食物水準的種種條件,是絕對地優勝。

今天Alan Yau一早將Hakkasan賣掉比杜拜財團,將基地逐漸搬回香港,在未來的日子,丘生會有甚麼動作?例如開設其他類型的食店?相信不止是我,還有令愛吃的饗客們引頸以待。
