20080911不久在2星期前因事找老友曾到Patio 88 晚膳, I had a great impression on that night.Not only the Fresh Food, Cooking, Service and Heart. Starter - Braked Grill Oyster (花)
生蠔加了cheese 及breadcrumbs去焗 - 很正
Escargot 伴酥盒 (花太)
用酥皮做成as a bowl then filled in 田螺加入香草汁,
法式焗田螺以外之另一種亨調方法 --- 有heart !!
Soup - Fish Soup (Both of us)
很濃 + Home feel ( 好幾款魚加入tomato煑) se ..se...
加些少Black pepper..... 鮮到尾 !!
Main - Grille Baby Chicken with garlic jus (花)
(來路春鷄起哂骨煎香加入Garlic 汁...) 香 !
Roast Fillet of Sea Bass (花太)
(海盧魚煎焗加入椒汁) 魚不一定蒸才算好.
我亦在食評introduction也講過 fresh food, tasty food, heart to do, 必試, 再來!
當然我們時常幫趁某幾間食店, 不在乎就腳, 價相宜, 啱食和用心做, 今晚再來
Patio 88 就是後者的原故.
今晚心情很靚, 一路傾, 一路食 , 一路飲, 亨受漫慢食之趣.不經不覺到10點,
不吃甜品也夠, 咦..今晚餐廳比較清靜, 祇覺有三數枱客, 臨走時餐廳負責人說今天是911 !!!
噢,不要有7年前的911 ‵′‵′‵′
