對 Papillon 這個字有偏愛，剛巧要到灣仔食晚飯，在Openrice找到這間餐廳，從未來過，見之前的食評不錯，就訂枱一試。Papillon 位置在合和中心17樓，地理上有些不利 ，星期五晚上，應該是黃金時段，但客人不多，別說已經訂枱，就是walk-in也不用等位。餐廳的間格，因合和的圓形建構，是一把扇形的頂部，室內布局雅緻，設計簡約，我特別喜歡她光線充足，最怕暗暗黑黑的餐廳。男侍應送來餐牌，很有禮貌，餐牌上很多意大利文，看不懂，他也樂意幫忙，不像之前部份食評所批評的情況。我們兩個人，點了 Butter prawn 做 appetiser，跟著有 Margherita pizza with parma ham & arugula，Crumbed fish & potato wedges。食物送上來，有點不跟次序，先來了 main course，之後送 appetiser。食物份量是合理的，餐具簡單雅潔，有些餐廳標榜精美，用古怪形狀的餐碟及盛器，以為創新有特色，在我眼中，都是下作。Butter prawn 是一般水準，pizza做得不錯，這個價格這個水準，算是對稱。值得推介的是那份炸

一號風球，一家三口出灣仔辦D事，完事後，倦倦地想搵個地方休息下，見仲未掛三號，又經過見到合和中心17樓竟然有間 Coffee Shop，近近地就歇一歇先返歸啦。本來擔心食物會好貴，因為我地只係想食少少嘢坐一陣就走，但睇佢好似分開咗兩邊，一邊食正餐，一邊食輕食，咁見輕食價錢都合理，就入去坐喇。一坐低就叫咗2杯咖啡，一杯 Mocha同一杯凍齋啡。食物就應該係餐牌無嘅，應該係行埋去有咩就食咩咁(我估)，咁我地就叫咗2個包，一個煙三文魚Panini同一個雞肉Panini。凍齋啡…無咩特別，普通嘢; 我杯Mocha呢，都好普通。普通咖啡，無咩特別香味，個朱古力味感覺似用朱古力粉開…奶泡又唔香…個煙三文魚Panini呢，如果D菜真係沙律菜嘅話，咁佢熱得over咗少少，條菜有D老… 因為我唔喜歡香草味，而個醬又帶比較濃嘅香草咪，所以我唔多啱食，不過飲凍齋啡嘅丈夫話都ok好食，可能我杯飲品同個包唔夾味。個雞肉Panini其實都ok嘅，尼個無咁重香草咪，但個醬都係漏咗少少，食唔晒，滯滯地。下次重嚟唔嚟呢﹖雖然我覺得麻麻地，但其實佢算對得起個價錢嘅，而且帶住個女尼度有BB櫈，阿女又坐得舒服，所以下次如果要

今天陪Honey到灣仔辦點事，在皇后大道東有好多食肆，我在openrice瀏覽了一輪，選定了Papillon Cafe。這食店的環境和食物都不錯，但，侍應的服務就……Set lunch由$98-$148，湯+主菜+咖啡。Honey選了鴨胸，配deep-fried potato dice & French beans。鴨胸肉質鬆軟，而且沒有鴨騷味，配合如菓醬般的醬汁，幾好味。我選擇Daily pizza，是黑松露雜菇薄餅。雜菇和黑松露醬都很香，餅底薄而脆，不錯。餐湯是薯蓉湯，稍鹹。主菜和餐湯，整體都不錯。至於咖啡，就麻麻！只有苦澀，沒有咖啡香。侍應的服務……只有一位淺色衫男士的服務週到，其他深色制服的侍應們就……我們order了午餐，主菜都上桌了，但餐湯仍未上桌；淺色衫男士看了，問我們飲了餐湯未？然後立即補端上。另外，深色制服的侍應上咖啡了，但，沒有給我們糖罐或糖之類，侍應就行開了，是我們自己從背後架上取用。水杯無水，又示意了兩次，才添水。服務嘛……令食物減分！

As the weather is terrible for almost 1 week, we can only go to Hopewell to have a lunch. The environment of this cafe is quite good but maybe it has an open kitchen so the smell is quite odd somehow..Anyway, we order one salami pizza, 2 tomato sauce pasta and 1 spring chicken with sweet potato fries. 今天約了朋友在灣仔合和中心4:30tea 選了papillon 見人少方談天 有tea sets , desserts menu 所以試下lemon tart, 喜出望外咁好味。$38 元一個lemon tast ,好大個，酸味十足，糖霜不多，餅底薄，點了兩個，一定會為這個lemon tart 再來的！相信比起不少連鎖咖啡店的都物超所值 （在size, taste, flavor, 都出色）

Came here for breakfast before urgent meeting. In need of a cozy place for reading papers. Ordered 1 breakfast set with 3 slices of baguette with jam and one ginger flat white. I always appreciate their ginger flat white and they serve one of the best of its kind.   The whole meal costs HK$40.  However, the barista kept on chatting with a familiar customer instead of taking my order.  This is not the right standard of service I was expecting.

$30+ gets you a hot pancake and decent coffee in a very pleasant setting. What a great way to start the day. The pancake with maple butter was hot and soft. Maple butter tasted okay too. It's hard to go wrong with this combination. The one thing I wished came with the set was some syrup. After a while buttered pancake on it's own gets quite dry.

Here again!It was so gloomy when it had been raining all day. This morning, with a the warm sunshine, I went for a jog and came to Papillon for some fuel up and kill time before it's time for lunch.Just order a Chia tea latte. And THIS IS SO GOOD. It was a restaurant with nice decorations and atmosphere. Last time, I tried the daily pasta which is spaghetti with tomato sauce and mushroom. The taste was so so. This time, the pasta was pork meat sauce spaghetti. It was a bit better. For the other dish, hv ordered roasted spring chicken with honey mustard sauce, mushroom and baked potato/red rice. The chicken consisted of two parts, one is breast the other is drumstick. It was chewy and the sauce is perfectly compatible with the chicken. The

Portions are tiny for a 50 dollar breakfast meal, service is bad. Prioritising take out coffee drinkers over dine in customers even forgetting to serve their cutlery. I personally don't see myself coming back when a McDonalds breakfast is more filling and satisfying.

今日生日, 老公知我好鍾意食lemon tart, 所以搵左間有lemon tart既餐廳同我慶祝。一年得個一次由老公諗食埋, 搵地方加 book枱, 好唔好食變左係其次。6pm左右到達, 得幾個人, 時間早又唔係好肚餓, 叫少少野好喇。菜湯加蒜蓉包 - 冇特別, 只要係唔會好淡, 好水都可以叫OKBuffalo Chicken Wings - 少少辣, 好惹味煙三文魚pizza - 熱辣辣出爐即食, 好好味, 好多料, 批邊脆卜卜 大蝦帶子意大利飯 - 蝦已經過熟了, 幸好仲有帶子幫補一下食完之後叫埋個lemon tart, 等左十五分鐘未有, 問問個侍應, 佢話因為即刻整所以要多少少時間。哦, 冇問題。過多十五分鐘, 問多一次先, 佢地先話師傅做唔到...吓...說好的lemon tart呢...好彩, 老公特登係西環買左2個lemon tart放定係餐廳, 如果唔係...呢個lemon tart, 比我想像中差啲啲, 因為唔夠酸味, 吉士味太重。不過, 誠意搭夠。多謝老公! Wasn't here for the Christmas special but they do offer it.Ordered salmon fillet with garden salad paired with latte and blueberry cheesecake.Salmon fillet was pan-fried just right. warm and juice, nicely placed on the green salad. wish they have more greens in the salad. My friend ordered skillet, with steak and sausages. His poached egg was so so so good, really runny!! I stole some.Both of us had cheesecakes. It is a no bake one,, very creamy,, but too sweet,, luckily the latte balanced it. O

幾好既環境，會不時加添檸檬水，不過d水冇咩味。寬闊的椅子，所以坐得幾舒服。lunch set menu有chef's daily pasta / pizza/ veggie或者有另一set carbohydrate+protein+fibre 選擇，有配西蘭花湯同野飮。pasta係煙肉磨菇蕃茄天使麵，整體口感味道不錯，但係菇既比例偏多。湯有很濃郁既西蘭花味，不錯。佢既薯蓉整得好細滑，係幾好食，pizza薄底但不脆，個人喜歡不脆。坐左兩個小時先走，吾會好rush
