工作關係大年初一需要上班工作…新正頭95%的食店都沒營業, 選擇不多; 看到美心MX有人在內, Go go go!餐牌選擇蠻多, 大部分都換上新年好意頭的名稱;新年當然要吃中式!發財好市 配 炒麵, 還有大排檔口味的茶走.發財好市 = 髮菜蠔豉粥廿多三十塊錢的早餐, 用料一定不及五星大廚;不過尚算真材實料, 只是蠔豉體積較細小;粥底都可以, 綿綿粥底, 加點胡椒粉,吃飽又一餐!不過, 原來大年初一不宜吃粥…「粥在過去屬窮人家才吃的食物，而年初一的早餐作為新年的第一餐，如果吃粥會有帶來厄運的意思」唉……查看更多

The char siu was cooked well and marinated in sauce well so it infused with the meat very well. The meat was tender and tasted very nicely. The eggs were soft, smooth, silky and tasted very nice. Unfortunately these two items were just topped on top of the rice so all three items did not mix very well. The Rice was just an added ingredient but did not match very well. Would have suggested they mix the rice with the other items when cooking to really help infuse the flavours. Otherwise it tasted very nice. Standard MX style, you get what you pay for.…查看更多
