Agree with other posters about the great sea view and the pleasant decor.  Came for lunch but was rather disappointed, especially remembering LIAN which was run by the same group MAXIMS (MX) also at IFC.They only offered the set lunch menu and did not provide the a la carte menu until asked.  Obviously only wanted people to order from the set menu so we did. First that came was the lime soda, nothing much to write about. 落大雨唔想周圍去，IFC搵食最方便啦😄。嚟呢間因爲佢地個 Menu 係每個月都唔同😁，咁就唔洗食嚟食去都係嗰啲👍。冬蔭雞湯好香，酸辣都適宜嘅，係我怕辣所以都出晒汁之嘛😅，仲有啲雞肉，肉質都唔會鞋口😊。燒東星斑，皮脆👍，肉就唔夠蒸嘅滑咁好食😢，但都夠 juice 補到嘅😊。最後飲杯甜蜜嘅柑桔檸檬蜜😁，中和番個冬蔭雞湯嘅辣嘛😃。

一貫美心集團風格，味道OK，又唔會好貴，服務唔聰明但一分錢一分貨所以都要算0K。環境其實唔差，地點IFC 夠convenient. 食物味道0K，但 as a friendly reminder, 唔好太重口味同唔好太燶會對食客健康啲。

今日去咗中環等朋友收工, 順便就去IFC 睇吓有咩好食! 行過見到Market Sea 環境唔錯,就入去試吓! 蟹肉柚子沙律 $128 ~ 蟹肉都幾多, 柚子好鮮甜美味手撕雞喇沙湯麵 $138 ~ 喇沙湯味濃郁, 喇沙一般是用米粉+麵, 但呢度係用粉絲+麵, 增加了彈牙嘅口感, 不錯!虎蝦蛋織金邊粉 $142 ~ 賣相唔錯, 虎蝦爽口彈牙, 金邊粉味道都唔錯, 但份量就較少, 如男士食可能就未必夠燒菠蘿.班蘭雪糕.堅果燕麥.蛋白霜 $68 ~ 菠蘿燒過後甜味更加特出, 班蘭雪糕味道似好淡味的雲呢拿雪糕咁, 堅果燕麥好香脆, 好有口, 亦是整個甜品裡最甜的一款食物, 同班蘭雪糕或蛋白霜味道就啱啱好。兩杯飲品都夠晒清新解渴, 好啱而家啲天氣飲Thai Mojito $68 Lemongrass Lemonade $68 ~ 好夠香茅味

第三次嚟，餐廳人流愈來愈多，午市時間愈來愈熱鬧了🤣餐牌轉咗嚕😅，冇咗上個月嘅冬陰公椰子湯添😭。今日天氣太熱，餐飲選擇唔多，所以每位客人都係 Lime soda🤣，消暑解渴丫嘛😁👍。冬陰公湯酸辣好啱我，因為呢個辣度我都仲可以😜，湯夠熱，好飲👍😋。鮮蟹肉露荀炒飯，蟹肉好多同好香蟹味👍😋，炒飯係即叫即炒👍😋。

IFC 早前新開了一間別緻的泰菜，為食的我一定要去試下。餐廳裝潢以浮石、木頭為主調，更有滿天飛石懸掛半空好有型格，還有落地玻璃窗外的海景，室內露天的座位可以欣賞晚景。 這餐廳大廚是來自泰國人，別有一番泰國風味。椰青水冬蔭公功湯第一次飲有椰青味的冬蔭公功湯，大大隻蝦好爽口，椰青味道清香撲鼻帶有點酸酸辣辣冬蔭公功原素，這個湯清甜而辣好味。芒果魷魚沙律細細粒粒芒果係底，魷魚伴在沙律一起，酸酸甜甜又辣辣地，好開胃。燒秋葵 / 青椰菜花燒得好乾身，秋葵和青椰菜花以帶點鹽味，直接食好清好爽口。棕櫚糖脆脆燒雞選用新鮮三黃雞，烤焗後撒上用燒雞的香油及糖炒過的麵包糠，皮爽肉滑，肉質厚身油香豐富，蘸些魚露、蒜頭等調成的酸辣醬汁，點沾上燒雞食很香脆惹味。濕炒豬肉河炒得好有火喉，濕炒既河粉有點芡汁，加點魚露及辣粉食好好食飯后甜品燒菠蘿，班蘭雪糕，堅果燕麥，蛋白霜燒菠蘿好甜好香，班蘭雪糕好滑，堅果燕麥好脆口，新派既甜品好滋味。

今晚Girl's night, 放咗工約係IFC, 冇book位，間間都full哂。見到依間新開嘅，居然冇full,咁咪衝去問吓，真係有位喎！Yeah! 都唔理食乜同好唔好食，最緊要有位，反正都未食過！環境唔錯，對住維港，天花板有好多石頭吊喺半空，燈光暗暗，幾靚！點咗cocktail, 都幾特别，strawberry basil & tomyumnini, 聽個名都知有thai嘅成份, lemongrass 辣辣地， 幾玩嘢！頭盤揀咗炸春卷同串燒，春卷D料幾新鮮，串燒亦唔錯，冇overcook,夠味，仲有三款醬汁可以點，幾細心，不過三款都差唔多味。同D friend 耐冇見，諗住慢慢傾，點知D侍應不斷走嚟問要唔要再order D 嘢食，起碼有5次，好煩呀！最後我哋都叫咗3個main, 羽衣甘藍green curry，豬肉濕炒河同蜜糖燒鷄。羽衣甘藍green curry, 好特别，加埋秋葵，薯仔，茄子，長豆，辣辣地，幾好味！濕炒河幾有鑊氣，個芡好夠味，可惜份量略少。燒鷄有D似中式炸子鷄，皮脆，因為有蜜糖嘅關係，甜甜地，女仔同小朋友都會鍾意，肉嫩juicy, 連鷄胸都唔鞋，抵讚！其實D食物

Long time no visit IFC, today we decided to see if we could try the newly pop-up shakeshack, however the queue was too long so we headed for something else. The Market S.E.A seemed like a new restaurant with a refreshing style and nice sea view, so we went for a try. It’s a thai fusion restaurant and you could find a mixture of both Thai and Vietnamese food here but plated in a modern style. So here’s most of the food we ordered. Market S.E.A.來到IFC，看到這間餐廳食評甚少，但又不至没有人來，環境不錯，決定進去試下。餐廳內裡十分舒適，服務員的態度很好，加分的。我在餐廳門口已經選好要吃什麼，所以坐下後隨即點餐。雞肉串 菠蘿串雞肉串肉質夠彈牙，不似本地雞，咬落去很多汁，好味。菠蘿串已切好，外脆，唔酸微甜，口感一流。服務員知小孩不吃辣，特意找來泰式雞醬給比比，很貼心。甜品-班蘭雪糕 燒菠蘿 堅果 蛋白霜雪糕部份很好，比比吃光光，其他的中上，菠蘿比較硬，比比也吃不到。飲料没驚喜。價錢偏貴....

Start with bad maître d and bad waiters who don’t notice you have been seated. Finish with small portions of glorified street food and burnt satays and this is a recipe for major heartburn. This was on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Save your money. Stay away. 

好食咖喱很淡 不腻冬阴功汤主打 椰子汤底做的非常好喝甜品也很推荐点了第二个菠萝➕雪糕➕谷物片 ➕奶油很好吃而且不腻总的来说他家不是纯泰国菜我觉得每道菜的味道都是有改良版的～

Came across this little gem while walking around IFC (was on my way to the ladies actually lol).Just opened, staff are very friendly. Their food recommendation were on point. A healthy start to the meal with kale stir fry, chicken and beef skewers are out-of-this-world delicious! Mussels were cooked to perfection and it is some big mussels 😋. Tom yum soup is authentic. 係ins見到ifc以前isolar個位新開咗一間餐廳，試過隔離西班牙菜，繼續試食。岩岩開張一個星期仲未有酒牌住，裝修style幾新派，戶外zone沙發位置無敵靚靚景。餐牌定價適中，簡單東南亞系輕食，估計女仔同diet男士會鍾意多啲。Service好nice同埋warm。试咗opening menu手撕鸡喇沙，鱿鱼芒果沙律，份量唔细足够两位，喇沙非常好味。买单见到原来都系美心集团出品。预计中午排长龙，抢glasshouse同greyhound生意。

Having just finished a client meeting nearby, myself and two colleagues went to find something to eat.
