Tortilla Soup (set lunch ~ Para Empezar)*Vegetarian choice* 雖則唔係Harlan Goldstein 嘅粉絲，但由佢嘅Ee Da Le 到My Tai Tai，一營業就即係衝去幫襯，到今日嘅Mamasita's Cantina，我終於到食到啦！其實我都好好彩，Manasita's Cantina 做開晚市，到尋日開始先有lunch session～lucky😊😆蘋果乾我好好彩係唔知道嘅情況下就食到lunch✌🏻️一入lobby 上六樓，再行落五樓，沿住條樓梯落，望住好有特色嘅裝修，鋪滿特色圖案嘅瓷磚，蘋果乾係心入面「嘩～」咗好多聲🙈，真係好靚💕💕坐低時店員好nice咁主動過黎，之後chef都好nice過黎問下想食咩，同埋介紹咗邊啲較熱門同推介嘅（服務我已經👍🏻👍🏻）既然有chef 推介，仲好，我唔駛諗😆前菜：Tortilla Soup ，但上菜時係一碗野同一個茶壺？原來個壺入面裝住啲湯，成份有蕃茄辣湯，牛油果，Queso Fresco，湯係橙色嘅，牛油果味弱但相對飲落多咗陣清新，蕃茄味都唔太出，入落時真係五味交集😂因為佢係微甜之

坐低時店員好nice咁主動過黎，之後chef都好nice過黎問下想食咩，同埋介紹咗邊啲較熱門同推介嘅（服務我已經👍🏻👍🏻）既然有chef 推介，仲好，我唔駛諗😆
前菜：Tortilla Soup ，但上菜時係一碗野同一個茶壺？原來個壺入面裝住啲湯，成份有蕃茄辣湯，牛油果，Queso Fresco，湯係橙色嘅，牛油果味弱但相對飲落多咗陣清新，蕃茄味都唔太出，入落時真係五味交集😂因為佢係微甜之餘又帶點清新，creamy之餘但有少少少辣，我覺得整體味道溫和！
將啲湯慢慢倒入啲Crispy Tortilla 同chill chips (炸咗嘅粟米片），仲有sour cream，撈埋黎食，好正！雖然chef驚我掛住影相啲脆片會腍，但係唔會嫁！湯雖然撈埋啲脆片，雖然都隔咗一段時間，但啲脆片仲係好脆身，浸過啲湯都仲係脆👍🏻而黑色一舊舊個啲，唔好好似我咁大鄉里以為係木耳😅其實係炸咗嘅辣椒，放心，係好輕微嘅辣椒！將佢配埋啲脆片同湯，豐富咗成個味道，微甜之餘帶點辣，清新得黎但脆口！
✨佢地話嫁～啲脆片，啲辣椒，啲配料，全部都係佢地自己調配，好有heart 呀💕

     Taking over the fifth and sixth floor of the building, it consists of a Cuban-inspired bar along with an intimate patio where focuses on serving some amazing Latin American-style cocktails ranging from spirits, rum, tequilas and mezcals, and hand rolled Cuban cigars; whilst down to the lower floor is an open kitchen, colourful and gorgeous restaurant area.

     Some favourites are the beef cheek sope, an unusually thick tortilla filled with slow-cooked beef cheek, topped with refried black bean; as well as the fish taco which is perfectly batter-fried, topped with a little avocado cream and delicious chipotle mayo.

     To finish, we are presented with three amazing desserts. Cheese flan with smoked pineapple and banana gel, all-time-favourite churros with salted caramel ice cream and chocolate dip, my favourite goes to the gorgeously scrumptious torta tres leches.

     It basically means sponge cake soaked with three kinds of milk – condensed milk, evaporated milk and whole milk, spiked with tequila and topped with corn foam, milk ice cream, rum granita and finally caramel popcorn.

      Bought the whole family for dinner tonight at Mamasita.  Love it. Definitely will be back. Chef and staff  were very friendly. Food was great.
