We came here for coffee and breakfast. We ordered avocado sandwiches and coffee. The sourdough was alright and authentic. However, the slices of avocado were a mess. Besides, the rude male cashier ruined our visit. He took our order with no smile, greeting, or basic manners. His cold attitude made a simple breakfast feel unpleasant. 比起 Bakehouse 同 Beans 啲酸种面包，呢块真係有佢独到之处撕开个阵仲会轻轻拉丝，面包身湿淋淋咁，唔似其他店咁扎实，反而软 fufu 得嚟带住少少弹性最正係佢个「黐牙」感，唔係黏到甩唔开果种，而係牙齿轻轻咬住时，面包会慢慢喺舌尖散开，仲黐住牙肉留返阵麦香，按落去会慢慢回弹，入口一抿就化​虽然佢馅料密度唔算高，冇堆到满满当当，但咁先至啱睇，唔会喧宾夺主。每啖都可以同时尝到面包本身嘅松软同柚子皮嘅清新，慢慢嚼嘅话，仲会发现果种清香会越嚟越突出，够晒解腻，配杯热茶真係冇得顶。…查看更多

每次都好有禮貌請問唔該，小心翼翼咁買包，呢間灣仔店請的服務員一個惡過一個，之前一個上年紀的阿姨已經又急又燥，但每次好禮貌相對佢相對都會態度緩和d，今日4.20遇到個年紀後生的女仔根本係當自己係老細（應該都係老細親戚先會請）巴閉得不得了，揀包到收錢全程態度又惡又串，連我老公咁好脾氣都話請一個咁惡嘅員工博趕客，以後唔會再嚟，事後同朋友見面講起原來佢都類似經歷又係遇到嗰個後生女服務員之後冇再幫襯受氣，作為一個香港人幾乎去過本地90%麵包房，中環文華啲麵包咁出色都識待客之道，呢間就算sourdough做得好但長期聘請呢種零教養的員工，睇到勁多人喺社交媒體網站唱，本地人都唔一定要幫襯你喇！本地好多麵包店啲sourdough都越做越好越優質，呢度係香港個個做生意都進步緊！換左老細本人你會唔會為買麵包次次睇面色受氣？香港唔係冇得揀OK？…查看更多

Passed by this bakery near my new office in Quarry Bay, they sell bread in small portions and huge loafs. Heard that they have their own yeast to ferment their dough. All of the bread look attractive and the biggest surprise is that you could buy them in an entire loaf. If I have to organise a party, I’d definitely buy a loaf or two. There’s a plantation section near the windows, and you could also browse and buy some of their unique cactus. Prices are set at the higher end, each stem was labelled with their names.
