星期天的晚上,喺諗緊食乜好既時候,發現左呢間小店!全因我家大男孩愛吃crepe, 就抱住一試既心態落左黎!結果係:呢間野可以encore!! 😍😍😍小店唔大,剩係可以坐到廿人左右。到埗時已接近9點(佢收9半!)所以無乜人,難得兩口子可以喺Soho 區享有寧靜既一刻👍🏻講返正題,打開餐牌,選擇唔算多,小食、Salad, Pasta 同埋Crepe 都各有3-5款既選擇。是晚叫左Caesar Salad, Carbonara 同一個叫Pearland 既Crepe.Caesar Salad 正常,唔算驚喜,不過勝在啲菜夠新鮮,但麵包垃就淋左,扣少少分Carbonara 好夠忌廉味,個汁又唔會太杰身!兩個人好快就將佢消滅左!食完仲唔會滯Pearland (Crepe) 間野叫得Insta Crepe, Crepe 一定係主打。叫左pearland, 有蜜糖煮過既梨,焦糖醬,朱古力醬,花生加上即叫即製既Crepe. 食既時候好想大叫好味道!😆總括而言,此店乃用心之店,食物都用心製作。我會返黎再試埋其他野食架,等我啊

講返正題,打開餐牌,選擇唔算多,小食、Salad, Pasta 同埋Crepe 都各有3-5款既選擇。是晚叫左Caesar Salad, Carbonara 同一個叫Pearland 既Crepe.

Caesar Salad 正常,唔算驚喜,不過勝在啲菜夠新鮮,但麵包垃就淋左,扣少少分


Carbonara 好夠忌廉味,個汁又唔會太杰身!兩個人好快就將佢消滅左!食完仲唔會滯


Pearland (Crepe) 間野叫得Insta Crepe, Crepe 一定係主打。叫左pearland, 有蜜糖煮過既梨,焦糖醬,朱古力醬,花生加上即叫即製既Crepe. 食既時候好想大叫好味道!😆

總括而言,此店乃用心之店,食物都用心製作。我會返黎再試埋其他野食架,等我啊

今天跟朋友相約在SOHO吃個Lunch,之前小妹在其他地方吃過類似的就一試愛上,原來這裡也有一間,試試質素又如何。 這裡店比較陝小,只能放到三張2人枱和5個吧位,坐得不太舒服。 價錢又不是太貴喎。 也有Pasta,來到這裡當然要食 crepe啦。 飲品我點了蘋果汁,應該係MJ啦,並不意外。 我點了Champions,中間是蛋、磨菇、薯仔,味道有點寡,得個咸字,越吃越膩,最終吃剩了。幸好有甜的crepe,anyway, crepe和糖醬始終是絶配。

喺中環食完飯,朋友介紹左呢間食法國甜品嘅小店,於是三個女仔行左好多條樓梯終於搵到間鋪頭。Apple maple crepe, 個人好鍾意蘋果同楓糖味嘅甜品,所以毫不猶豫咁樣揀咗呢個,食咗一啖之後,好似飛上天咁👯,真係好好食,而且上面層cream好滑,加埋浸左楓糖漿嘅crepe,味道啱啱好,唔會漏。Crepe Suzie上碟時會有個小小表演, waiter會將火焰林上去crepe度,啲火喺上邊燒左10秒左右就會熄,好得意。呢個crepe有燈去中和個甜味🙆🏻都係甘好食,肥幾磅都抵。餐廳waiter都好Nice,我仲聽講嗰日Main dish有買一送一優惠,可惜我哋已經食緊甜品,個肚冇位裝啦。雖然地點係難搵啲,但鍾意食crepe嘅朋友可以一試啊。

I was wonder around soho where i should dine in as i was hungry and also had to go home early.I was tired and looking for a nice treat.Suddenly i found instacrepes which i located at end of Elgin street.The atmosphere was minimal and hkfeeling.I loved the food and i iam definitely comming back for more with friends.If you happed to be around soho looking for some nice food...check out instacrepes.I loved It.

When I arrived, the staff eagerly opened the door and mentioned to me they had lunch sets costing only $68 (no 10% service charge). This included a savory galette and a sweet crepe and a drink. Or the option for pasta, if crepes are not your thing. But as I had purposely come all this way in the hot summer sun to eat here, I knew ... I wanted a crepe. They do have a more extensive menu (English only) that includes various other crepes. But solo lunches, I went with the lunch set.

I chose the basic galette as my savory which was an emmental cheese, egg and cooked ham galette. The galette was delicious. Thin and not too doughy in taste. The egg was a semi soft so the yolk flowed out like lava. The cheese was strong and good. Combined with the ham, it's no wonder this is always my favorite type of galette.

When your finished your savory, then they will make your sweet crepe. I liked this as it ensured my second crepe wouldn't be cold while I devoured my savory one. My sweet one was a lemon, butter and sugar crepe. Fairly tasty with a mix of sweet and sour that I like.

I noticed someone next to me having pasta. It looked and smelled fantastic so perhaps try that next time? Or just stick to crepes? So hard to decide! A really good deal for lunch. Service was good though staff kept asking me what crepe I ordered. Perhaps they are still new and working things out? But otherwise, excellent crepes. A worthwhile find.

法式薄餅Crepe入面包著雞肉、洋蔥、紅椒,絕對是健康之選。👀由於我本身是不喜歡吃洋蔥和紅椒的,所以這個我並沒有嘗試。朋友吃後卻很喜歡,😇他喜歡爽口又 juicy的洋蔥和紅椒,拌著嫩滑雞肉是好吃的。

法式薄餅Crepe上面有一球濃濃的creamy朱古力雪糕,鋪了一絲又絲的朱古力醬,再加上炭燒的棉花糖粒,實在不想分給朋友。🙈🍩

🍴Crepe Suzie ($66)
法式薄餅Crepe入面包著橙皮碎果醬,面頭有焦糖橙片,老闆在上面灑酒點火,就如看魔術表演般有趣,賣相可說是近乎完美。而橙皮碎令口感大增,滿滿鮮橙味的果醬再加上焦糖橙片,甜美可愛。

近日係中環個邊新開左一間小型既整Crêpe餐廳
雖然餐廳既面積比較細 但係裝修同環境都唔錯
好似去左赤柱咁樣 感覺好舒服同休閒
我同朋友12點左右去 岩岩開舖 所以客人不多
但係同朋友食到2點左右就開始多人啦

睇張相 你已經發現Crêpe上面佈滿左好多半溶既芝士
再加上餐廳即叫即整 令到芝士同Crêpe既香味更加濃郁
裡面既材料主要包括左 煙肉、芝士同雞蛋
上面飽滿既蛋黃 令我想即刻用刀結爆佢 令蛋黃浸晒入去成個Crêpe裡面

雖然呢款Crêpe相對起specks味道比較淡
但係我同朋友都反而鐘意呢一款多d
因為味道比較清新

女人不能忘記既當然係甜品
對於我黎講 食甜既 Crêpe一定要有雪糕先好味
無雪糕感覺會好乾
所以最後我地就簡左 「straws」
上面有一球士多啤梨雪糕 Crêpe上面仲佈滿左士多啤梨醬同切開左既士多啤梨
成個甜品都好正 因為有好多士多啤梨既元素係裡面 令到呢個 Crêpe味道更加濃郁!

Going up with the long soho escalator, finally we arrived the restaurant. The interior is based on two simple colour, black and white, which I feel quite cozy about it. Specks arrived ahead, you can smell a cheesy sense from far. The ingredients for this are rather simple, egg, cheese, diced bacon and crêpe. The medium cooked egg yolk looks really appealing and it works perfectly with the rest of the ingredients. The edge of the Crêpe is slightly crispy and the middle is more soft like a thin pancake. There are plenty of mozzarella cheese within the Crêpe and the chopped bacon has added a bit of crunchy texture. Nonetheless, it is quite heavy as there are lot of cheese and diced bacon.

While we were snapping the specks, Salmon has been served to the table also. They used Emmental cheese, salmon, red onion, capers and dill. The sour capers and dill are always work well with the salmon, which it can highlight the fishy salmon flavor. There is a sliced of lemon to decorate the dish, yet it is more than just a decoration, few drops of lemon juice can neturalize the heavy taste. Every ingredients are unmissable for this delicious dish.

We were pretty full due to the Crêpe, however the dessert is the most attractive one here, how can we leave without it?? Thus, we ended our lunch with this Straws, the strawberry Crêpe. The pink and red colour can represents the sweet and sour taste. There are some frozen strawberries within the ice cold strawberry icecream. Wrap the strawberry, icecream and cream with the crêpe, then eat them all at once. The sweet and sour can definitely freshen up the hot summer!
