這店開業已幾年，過往一直沒有入過去。說實在，中區好的咖啡店多的是，平時去開的如 bj，cr 等都有質素保證。就上一條街堅道的也不錯，所以幾年來都只是行過便算。這天行過，心想這多年好醜總也試試罷。入去舖內，算光猛，但佈置硬崩崩的，沒有 relax 的感覺。看週圍的客人以遊客居多。可能遊客區罷。第一次入這店，問問店員有甚麼特色建議，吓，特色就是 house blend。甚麼豆 blend 的不說。算，叫了杯手沖，一路看著店員沖，感覺……求其，比我自家沖更求其。看看磨機，沒甚麼賣點，連 single dose 的磨機也欠奉。手沖壺也沒恆溫。手沖咖啡來了，一句，沒特色；店員也懶得介紹。就像是炒雜菜的感覺。烘焙也深了點……就是蓋過了咖啡豆本身的特質。豆，幾乎肯定不是精品豆。看見座旁放著些咖啡用具，多問幾句。本來是女店員答話的，那男咖啡師不知作甚插嘴，臭寸至甚，可以用不禮貌來形容。這店位置交通不便，附近沒車位停泊，座位不甚舒適，咖啡以精品咖啡水平而言只屬行貨質量。可能遊客區做一次性遊客已習慣了，也不在乎熟客回頭。幫趁一次也嫌太多。

Visited briefly whilst waiting for a table to become available at a busy nearby café.On first impressions, Hazel & Hershey is well-presented, sleek and clean.It was not busy and there were plenty of staff available to take our order. A nice coffee is a must on a lovely Saturday!!! Weekend hunting/ craving for latte again!!This cafe looks very cute on the outside and inside. They sell coffee related products inside too! staff super rude and it was the worst customer service I have ever had.Wanted to do some quiet work in this cafe, Super rude staff told us "if you are not going to order more, pack up your stuff and leave". This is after we spent 50$ each on your overpriced tea. For the record, we were only there for 2 somewhat hours (which is a reasonable timeframe).Seriously.. 初二嗰日我完行山之後，好想飲番杯咖啡。朋友就車咗我呢一間咖啡室。呢一間咖啡室從外觀睇都幾得意，佢有室外又有室內。因為嗰日行完山之後落雨，所以我哋坐咗喺裏面。咖啡室裏面有一啲咖啡器材賣，都幾齊全。佢哋都出名蒸餾咖啡，所以我叫左杯蒸餾咖啡-Kenya咖啡，佢個味道幾特別，真係好似非州味，酸酸地,但係就好香好容易入口。我朋友叫咗杯Americano,佢個味比Kenya咖啡重啲架。都幾好飲。我覺得佢哋個裝修，真幾溫馨同舒服。

每個星期日，都很喜歡到Hazel and Hershey享受一杯咖啡，這裡的cappuccino 味道不會太濃，又不會太淡，很對我的口味！ 很滑味道適中的cappuccino $35它們自家製的Brookies, 店員會幫忙翻熱，外面是朱古力cookie，內裡有融了的朱古力醬（但不太融，沒有流心的效果）不太甜，不過略貴 環境舒適，輕鬆隨意，店內還有許多咖啡用品售賣， 非常專業！這裡還有戶外的area, 很適合度過一個懶洋洋的週日下午

星期日，又是出動四處尋找美食的時間，食飽飽後，當然要找地方品嚐我們喜愛的咖啡，而在附近比較有水準的手沖咖啡實在唔多，只想到這間！店內裝修很有特色，天花牌上是三個像時鐘的燈，四處罷放和咖啡有關的物品，洗手間更隱藏在最後的牆內，門外完全沒有指示，第一次來時，差啲還找不到。Kenya ~ 充滿藍梅香味和耶香味，啜飲入口時，酸溜感隨著咖啡液入喉（口感不是太酸，幾平行的酸味），有令人愛不釋手的酸香口感，很快地反酸轉甜，嗒落甘甜；讓人忍不住一口接著一口不停地多試了幾口。Ethiopia ~ 啜飲入口時，味道明顯比較沉實，有點似臘鴨的味道，比較起Kenya的酸味更為淡薄，但當放涼後再飲，酸味才會比較明顯增加。Blueberry Muffin ~ 店員先番焗一下，微微帶溫，表面更呈現微脆口，中間更有比較甜的藍梅醬，非常味美。店內還放置有自助飲水裝置，方便之後清清味蕾。如不喜歡飲咖啡，還有手工啤酒或水，可供選擇。飲到一杯好味的手沖咖啡，心情也自然愉快醒神。

環境清淨，在中環，難得的文青感覺。咖啡味道當然好。店𥚃還有冲咖啡的工具及咖啡豆。相信咖啡新手會有發現新大陸的感覺！店員友善，與客人談談咖啡味道及沖調，中英雙語！

Hazel and Hershey 奶：greenfield 磨豆機：mazer咖啡機：nuova simonelli 今日介紹既係位於蘇豪既hazel and Hershey，係卑利街頂一個比較清靜既位置。今次係我第三次去這間咖啡店，店內位置做左一點調動將炒豆機搬走左令成間店既空間感大左，亦都多左座位。最喜歡這咖啡店既地方係佢有一種叫coffee of the day 既平咖啡 （25-30蚊）佢地會將一隻random 既單品咖啡用普通brew coffee既沖煮方法煮好，留係保暖壺度。普通咖啡店我唔會建議咁樣飲，因為用咁既方法通常會好苦澀。但係hazel 既用既都係d淺炒同炒得好好飲既豆，所以用這種方法沖煮都可以非常好飲今日飲左specialty coffee of the day.聞落有非常香既果香味，果香/果味係Ethiopia 豆既一大特色，最有趣既地方係Ethiopia 既唔同地區能夠種出唔同果味既咖啡豆，係e間咖啡店就選用左四款唔同果味既Ethiopia豆，可以嚐到既果味包括藍莓，提子，白桃，青檸，橙或者檸檬等帶酸味既水果。而我今日飲既 sidamo halieslass

一直都說我們的咖啡館文化，遠遠落後於一岸之隔的台灣，直至近年，情況好像有所改善，咖啡館越開越多，雖然，蒲咖啡館的風氣，仍是與台灣差一段距離，但是對一眾咖啡迷，叫做多了不少選擇。不久之前，蘇豪上的卑利街，近伊利近街的一段斜路上，多了一間以精品咖啡為主題的咖啡館，名叫Hazel & Hershey。對咖啡迷來說，一間好咖啡館的條件，取決在咖啡豆的種類，店內的器材，咖啡師的技術等等。。不過對我而言，最重要的，是咖啡館的氣氛，一個不算是咖啡人去蒲咖啡館，醉翁之意不在酒，而是坐得舒不舒服，環境寧靜與否。店內的擺設，大多圍繞著咖啡，如各種沖咖啡的器材，還有一大部炒豆機。不過中間加插個LEGO人仔，給我的感覺錯摸，而又有種捉錯用神的匹配。牆身以紙皮堆砌出來，連桌面也舖上咖啡豆的麻包袋，整體感覺很DIY。咖啡館有數款不同產地的咖啡豆，有印尼，危地馬拉，哥倫比亞，哥斯達黎加，巴拿馬，埃塞俄比亞等等。。我還是要一杯Latte，咖啡豆是例牌的House blend，拿鐵面頭的拉花拉得很美，原來註店其中一位咖啡師，曾經在台北某個拉花比賽，拿得亞軍。Latte喝下去的感覺很滑，油脂感很重，奶味亦較濃一點，相對咖
