有別於而家大部分嘅白色小清新cafe路線 fineprint係走非常型格嘅黑色金屬風🖤格調十足 尤其好鍾意佢嘅黑色雲石枱😆而且佢哋嘅嘢食質素都好唔錯🤓-✏️White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie ($35)好肥仔嘅一個曲奇口味🤪其實每次嗌親白朱古力嘅嘢 最驚嘅就係佢勁甜 但呢個嘅甜度幾適中 不過就唔係我想像中嘅軟曲奇質感 而係偏脆身少少嗰種 但果仁落得唔多 變左果仁香唔突出🤔〰️✏️Half and Half ($90)Half Avo Toast 🥑 | Half Tomato Feta Salad 🍅選擇困難症嘅 揀呢個最好 每樣都可以試啲🤭顏色非常鮮豔 外貌好吸引 其實一上枱有俾佢嘅份量驚喜咗😆配料好多 整體好大份 連塊多士都係🤭先講avo toast🥑 牛油果質感好軟滑新鮮 好簡單嘅調味搭配面頭嘅香草已經足夠 亦都突顯出牛油果嘅新鮮😛另外嗰半嘅味道就更豐富 彩色車厘茄配住大量嘅feta cheese 芝士鹹香好突出 不過芝士份量可以減少啲啲 因為後期有種越食越鹹嘅感覺🤣吐司烘得好香脆 而且內裏帶點煙韌口感 而且偏厚切 食落感覺好好 推介啊❤️

主打pastry/sourdough既Fineprint，係2016年開黎香港，第一間鋪就係卑利街呢間。Sourdough烘得非常脆，配上smashed egg同額外加既avocado，簡直係絕配! An Austrian-styled cafe located in Central, Hong Kong, famous for its brunch and 🍪 !! They have been awarded the “best cafe” in HK this year. All their pastry and sourdough are homemade. Smashed eggs with sourdough plus 🥑 are surely a great start of my weekend💕.

Came here for breakfast today, the cafe was very cozy. Nice place to chat with friends! I order sourdough with butter, it came with 2 sourdough which tasted quite soft and yummy! Although the sourdough was quite plain, surprisingly it was better than I expected when butter was added on top of the bread.😋😋😋 I also ordered the cookie which was quite big, but a little too sweet for me! Found out this hidden gem by friend's recommendation, and this place is genuinely known as the place that serves coffee in the morning and alcoholic drinks by night. Went during COVID so no doubt the place was not filled with people, but even during normal times, i imagine the place won't be so packed because of the big table in the middle, so every table of customers are quite spread out (if that is what you are concerned with). I have ordered the toast with ultimo eggs. It is highly recommended to add salmon for only $30. Fineprint has the best scrambled eggs in hong kong. But the quantity is not that much. Therefore, you will not be that full for the meal. The americani is recommended.

一早Bookmarked左大坑分店，有次經過中環大街，見到有好多外國人好寫意地坐係石路旁嘆Brunch，驚喜發現原來係Fineprint的中環店，剛好有3個望外街的位置，便決定同朋友試試。Fineprint有Pastries、Cookies，仲有我最中意的Sourdough，食完真係好想買返一個半個同屋企人分享！《Jam & Toast $40》Sourdough加藍莓醬+牛油組合，簡單配搭更能夠食出Sourdough的獨特香氣和酸味，麵包邊脆口，中間軟綿煙韌。Seasonal藍莓醬酸酸甜甜，我更中意搽滿牛油的吃法，半溶的牛油滲透在Sourdough，一口咬下，同時食到牛油的香氣和Sourdough的酸味。《Toast with Peanut Butter $25》除左Peanut Butter，另外可以選擇Vegemite、蜜糖、Marmite，Sourdough配花生醬對我黎講好有新鮮感，一向鍾情於呢種吃法的朋友卻吃得開懷，花生醬味道濃郁帶點微甜，口感順滑，有點意想不到的驚喜。《White $30》咖啡屬正常質素，味道香濃，奶味較重身，但容易快起泡。

Been here twice, every time the service sucked!! The avocado toast is good but boy the staff are horrible. Headed to the cashier to order food asked the staff for a menu, “it’s over there!” she said dismissively to me. 一到週末，就只想一覺醒來吃一個豐富brunch，慵懶地渡過喜歡sourdough toasts的都必定到訪過Fineprint，雖然款式只有兩到三款，不過質素依然保持平穩，所以每逢週末都人山人海～有別於其他小店不一樣的是這個smashed eggs，不是普通scrambled eggs，是加了調味的boiled eggs mesh!當然少不了他們自家製的烘焙pastries，今次試了他們這個芝士牛角包，感覺沒有用太多牛油所以較為健康～

Yummy single origin filter coffee. Similar vibe to the branch in Tai Hang, but you can feel the energy of Central. Focused on good alcohol, the good coffee and snacks are almost an afterthought. Soy and oat milk for vegans. 50Mbit/s WiFi. Pleasant no-nonsense attitude and service.

看到最近有人介紹Fineprint在大坑的新分店，食物和咖啡都相當吸引，上網一查，才知道原來Fineprint在中環早已有店舖，今天決定前來試試。咖啡店中央只放有一張體積很大的餐枱，客人是圍着餐枱座，還有數個面向窗口的高櫈位。前來用餐的基本上都是外國人，有的帶同電腦前來工作，非常悠閒。Fineprint有自家出的咖啡豆，我們要了一杯Latte，一杯flat white，泡沫質感偏厚，咖啡味較頗濃和偏輕微苦調，我個人非常喜歡這裏的咖啡。除了咖啡，Fineprint的食物亦出色，它們有自家製的sourdough, 包皮十分脆口，裏面軟綿。亦有其他包類、蛋糕可供選擇。Half & Half $90一份brunch有兩塊sourdough，Half & Half 是半份車厘茄芝士粒sourdough，半份塊牛油果sourdough。車厘茄芝士粒sourdough: 車厘茄有香草和蜜糖作調味，芝士是feta cheese，本身這種芝士鹽味比較重，單吃可能會覺得有點咸，但伴着sourdough和車厘茄吃味道剛好。牛油果sourdough: 麵包有塗了薄薄一層蜜糖，牛油果上加了薄荷葉碎，令味道清新不

Fineprint has been on my bookmark list for so long, but it wasn't those I wanted to visit most. Today me and my lady-friend have finally made a visit! It's a small small cafe with a big table . Although the cafe is small, but the ambience was great. Most of the customers are western people. This cafe got really busy at lunch hours, but my friend & I got luck without waiting needed.Ordered Ricotta toast and Smoked Salmon & Avocado toast. Literally fell in love with their Ricotta toast at first bite.Love their homemade sourdough as well,  super crispy crust but soft & moist inside.The combination of ricotta cheese and toppings work really well.It is more filling than expected.My friend enjoyed the Smoked Salmon & Avocado toast too.

The standard is closed to other popular coffee shops in Central. The coffee is a bit bitter (may be due to the coffee bean) and taste strong . Suitable for those people who like strong taste of coffee.Milk is blended well but still have room for improvement. The price is unexpectedly cheaper than that of other popular coffee shops but with good quality. Worth to try it again and I will definitely come back !

Overall verdict: since trying their avocado toast I've been back to Fineprint so many times.The avocado is always a deep green colour, and super creamy and smooth. The garnish of basil and olive oil compliments the homemade sour dough and avocado very well! There's always a generous portion of fresh ingredients on their toasts.Their soy latte is also very good and they also serve Nudie Crushies. My only comment is that their menu is quite limited and more options would be nice- but they do all t
